I bought two pairs of athletic shoes. When I got home, I realised that one pair didnt really fit comfortably, and I had spent more than $150 on them. The salesperson had been polite, but I had felt I was boring them and taking too much of their time, so I bought them rather than take up more time. Anyway, I hesitated about returning them until it was more than two weeks past the 60 day window. So its my fault they wouldnt accept them. Still in the box, never worn. No exchange either. A 60 day policy is probably not unreasonable, but if it were my store, I would be more accommodating in the interest of customer relations. I wont be going back again.
