Definitely 0 for service. If you already have an idea about what you want when you go into this store, DO NOT confirm this with Edgar...he will steer you into the complete opposite direction of what item you need to purchase. My dad told me that my car needed 10W-40 oil and when I tried to make sure with Edgar he had me buy a lower number (ideal for brand new cars) for my car...... though i have over 100,000 miles on my car. Completely backwards advice. Id rather he let me wonder alone than tell me bogus information because he had no clue what he was talking about. And since I purchased two containers I returned one to him saying he told me to get the wrong oil and he should have given me a free bottle of the right oil...but of course, I ended up purchasing 3 bottles because of Edgars backwards advice instead of 2 like I originally needed to and would have if he wouldnt have acted like he knew what he was talking about. I also noticed that the employees sit around and converse with each other regardless if there are customers around or not. Sincerely, Annoyed lady who just wants to know how to care for her car.

This place is not best as the other ones when it comes to customer service. I walk in and immediately I am not greeted instead they carry on with there side conversations, I approached this guy in uniform and rudely tells me to not ask him any questions that he knows nothing because he is new so I shouldnt waste my time tallking to him.. I approach the counter and both guys couldnt decide who should help me out, so I decided to ask both for help and one of them started to help but his body language was great or positive..honestly I live in zion but I rather much drive to waukegan..I get better service there..I dont recommend anyone to go this location

Extremely helpful.staff that knows what working on your own vehicle is about. Take care of their customers, extremely quick, and courteous service. On the rare occasion they dont have exactly what I need,Ive tried other parts stores near by. Always long wait and less helpful.
