Today I visited the 75th Street store in a bit of a panic. My truck had died and I received a jump. I went into the store and I asked a gentleman named Mike to test my battery. After testing it, I found out that I needed a new one. Mike went over my options with me, and without ANY kind of sales pressure, let me see what was available and gave me the information to make an informed decision. He also told me that he would jump my vehicle for me (since I had to turn it off for the testing...and it wouldnt start again) if I wasnt ready to make a decision today. I thought that was above and beyond as it shows that even if I wasnt going to patronize their facility....he was willing to help! He then put the battery in for me! He was so helpful and his calming demeanor not only made me relax and feel at ease, but made me feel like he was not going to let me be stranded. He had told me multiple times how Auto Zone appreciates their loyal customers and with how well Ive been taken care of each time Ive gone there... from windshield wiper blade replacement, check engine light codes read, or my battery needing to be replaced...customer service is #1 to them and it definitely shows!

Horrible customer service. I tried calling 3 times to ask if they had a part I needed. They answered the font twice n just set the font on the counter, I could hear other conversations going. The last call they just let it ring. Hello have u ever heard of greeting someone then putting them on hold. Its water real businesses do!!

If I have to go to AutoZone in Kenosha this is the one I choose to go to even if its out of the way. Number one because its a nice location its newer and the people are beyond helpful, the other store location in Kenosha I do not care for.

I came in to have my car battery checked. The guy who was working had no idea what he was doing and was entirely unhelpful. He was also unconcerned that he was unhelpful. I had to go elsewhere.
