This is going to be very subjective. Placed an order online. It was a simple 20+ pages black & white print job. The store closes at 6:30pm. I got there at 6:29pm. The door was already locked and the man was ready to go. I explained it was urgent to print the real-estate contract due to my printer suddenly breaking down. I know it was last minute and I shouldve planned in advance, which I would if I knew about the printer issue. The man refused to print saying that he had to go and be somewhere. I said this would only take a couple of minuted the most. He said "Im sorry" and closed the door. So much for the holiday spirit. Thanks for reading.

Ive been using this store several times in the past when using UPS to ship a large package (rather than dropping an envelope in one of their street-boxes). Always very pleasant, very helpful and very professional. Last time we shipped a large box to NY (and I was surprised at how inexpensive it was!), which arrived with some damage to its content. The people at this store were extremely helpful in rectifying the situation. I cant say anything but good things about this place!

The senior man in charge of the UPS office on Lake Avenue in Wilmette, Bruce, is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. On innumerable occasions hes gone out of his way to help me do various things.
