Yes, the Walmart does supply plenty of poor service, long lines are everywhere. But schedule an appointment around the rush hours, or schedule online so you avoid the lines. Dr. Wexler is an excellent optician. Ive gone to the expensive fancy local optometrists, and paid significantly more money. I received the same, if not better service from Walmart Vision Center. Be smart and schedule yourself for the first appointment. No waiting then.

I called this store last night, Sat... around 7pm again today and also the direct line to the optometry dept.... where I need help. I was getting the welcome to walmart announcement but nobody would pick up the phone. I guess I will be bringing my business elsewhere in the future. Thank you for the horrible service Wal-Mart.

If could rate this a negative I would. Raquel is the most unprofessional ugly toad their is. I am a returning patient and I was treated like a 2 cent hooker. She talked to me like if I had no sense. She was so close to catching these hands!

I have been going to Dr Wexler for 8-10 years now and he is such a great eye doctor, I refuse to go to anyone else. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Great staff as well :)

The incompetent quack there told me i had glockoma! I went to a real eye doctor and he verified that i did NOT! How can these idiots practice medicine??
