If I were to rate EZpawn I would give it no stars at all. My Mother bought a necklace pendant 2 hrs ago came home not even 40 min after she had bought it the pendant came apart looks like it was glued on to by someone. The employees take pictures of the items they sell, I guess blurry pictures are clear pictures to them. The return policy is 1day after purchasing item we went back not even 1hr after buying it they gather up in one side of the store talking to what look to us secretly. The guy came back told us they cant return the item because the pendant doesnt match the picture they took and weight differently. Now I wouldve avoided giving this review if they would follow the return policy they have on the receipt. NOW!!!! every jewelry hat you guys sell is questionable if its even real or not or glued or welded together. I would suggest taking a person with you that knows about jewelry so the this EZPAWN doesnt try and scam you. They called us 10 minutes later after we had left the store saying that hey will return our money tomorrow and NOT TODAY! So people BEWARE!!!of the items you buy at this EZPAWN!!! We might go tomorrow to see if they keep their word on returning our money. My name is Manuel Villalpando I have never had problems with stuff that we buy. This place sucks "wrong prices" due to the fact someone put the wrong sticker on the item...not my problem...what do these people do all day they should make sure products work and have the rite sticker blue ray didnt read disks... horrible customer service

Terrible pawn shop. They rip you off and when you buy something from them and your not happy with it they wont give you your money back. They offer a store credit. The manager David is the worst. Do not go to this pawn shop

TERRIBLE 1 day warranty that they refused to honor only a few hours after a large dollar purchase. Stay away! They do know their stuff which makes me believe that this bad sale was intentional...which is worse.
