This is the worst company that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Prices seemed very competitive so my company set up an account. Attempted to make an order the first day and found that there were hidden fees unless an ACH was established. It took us 2 days of faxing to and multiple calls to get the fax through to them. Customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with. They honestly did not seem to care if we bought from them or not. Once our order was finally processed we had to contact them so that they would send our product. Our first purchase was a pistol that was at a good price to see how the experience with them would be like. After two weeks of back and forth we finally received the pistol. The pistol that they sent was suppose to be new. It was anything but new. The pistol had been fired numerous times. Gun powder was found all of the barrel and front sight. I know that factories function check their weapons but this was way beyond function test. Bluing was rubbed off at numerous places. Rifling was completely fouled as if an entire box of ammunition was fired. I own numerous pistols that do no have as much bluing removed that have had hundreds of rounds shot through them. I do not understand why this company has so many good reviews. We may have been unlucky in our experience but absolutely nothing has gone correctly with this company for us. I would give zero stars if I could.
