I went in there to buy a charger & the supposed "manager" twisted my very expensive variable wattage battery all the way around & he broke it!!! It was working before he touched it, he was insistent that he did not break it, told me I needed to charge it, well I did & it isnt working at all! I called him to tell him that he broke it & he was extremely RUDE & refused to rectify his wrong & he hung up on me! I will NEVER go there again & I would not recommend this store to anyone! Go somewhere that actually provides customer service!!!

Theres been two owners to my knowledge at this store. Both owners were VERY generous. They treat you with the utmost respect by greeting you with nicknames like "Boss, Bro." They give you great deals on EVERYTHING. Cigarettes are the cheapest in Skokie. Packs go for 7 dollars EVEN. AVOID THE CIGARETTE STORE ON DEMPSTER/NILES CENTER, THEY ARE THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF THE PLACE.

This place is really good. Also, great service. Great customer service. The prices are really cheap. Have been going there for almost 5 years never had a problem with them. The police never harass anybody or anything like I have read in some other comments. Check it out its a great place and they have everything!!

I called to get the hours and was told they close at 8:00 p.m. I asked the price of a carton and the gentleman said they do not give prices over the phone. It is odd as I have gone to this store a few times before and had a great experience. He told me the average price is $100. a carton....No deals here.

I dont know how but one of the Bo pods coils burnt before I was able to use it. Spoke over the phone and came by. Took care of it asap for me I have mad respect for them very nice people and also very hq products for the best price out there. Will be returning soon N FILAN

Police harass you if youd in either parking spots. The prices are cheap but maybe thats why police harass customers ???
