This starbucks is the worst in the area, they constantly manage to brew bitter bunrt tasting Americana, at least they are friendly when they serve you this inferior product. Sometimes they brew good coffee though not too often ;-)). The only reason I go there is because its convenient during my morning commute.

Super quite when I came in, no music and the girl seemed inexperienced but it was no reason for the manager to give her a hard time about it.. Sometimes I feel that place is understaffed and cant seem to hold any of their workers long enough for me to know them by name. Oh well.

So I wanted to try the new birthday cake frap and see what the hype is about....I get it, I pull away, I put my straw in, I go to take a sip, and there is a hair in it. I drove back and all they barely said was sorry. What is wrong with customer service?! Very disappointed!

The charging pads on the tables did not work in the entire store, when I asked the cashier she said, "oh, those dont work, sorry". This same cashier nastily said to me that I shouldve told her I wanted to use bonus stars for my purchase. Apparently I inconvenienced her.

I was very devoted to my local Dunkin until I decided to try this one day. I am absolutely obsessed. The staff are so nice and helpful no matter who is working. The fraps are definitely worth a try if youre unsure about their coffee because it is very strong.

This is my local Starbucks. They are really quick and always helpful. Ive been into the store many many times and it is always clean and well stocked with mugs and treats. There is also plenty of tables to sit at and do work or have a meeting.

Everyone just seems disinterested. One of the biggest laughs Ive ever had was when I pulled up to the drive-thru, and the girl told me the espresso machine was down. So why are you open? Why bother?

Service was very abrupt. But Ive been here before and they usually are a lot better than that. Drink was made in less than a minute. It was so fast.

Its a typical Starbucks, nothing out of the ordinary. Staff is nice and orders are prepped quickly, but again its how Starbucks operates.
