Today was awful. No toilet paper. Waited over five minutes for someone to help, they said okay, but did not act like they cared one bit. Lobby only a few, so they were not over worked at the time. There were stacks of delivered boxes that no one was attending to for the whole 15 minutes I was there A worker came out from the back singing, and still no one with toilet paper. A worker at the register told a customer while he was paying, "Wheres your Starbucks card? You should use that." The customer was put off, so the customer was not joking with her. Then that very same employee, wadded up a piece of straw wrapper and threw it across three feet to the garbage can. This is astounding. Awful! I never! I left and never did use the bathroom before buying my drink, nor was I going to get a drink from them after that behavior.

I did a coffee run for work and Im glad it wasnt before work otherwise I would have been late I ordered a salted caramel one tall and one grande I even read it back to the guy. Once I paid they gave me the tall drink in a grande CUP?? So I had to reorder again! Not only did I have to wait for that drink they still had it wrong instead of finally getting the grande drink they gave me a tall so I had to wait AGAIN to get the Grande drink. Im shocked they didnt offer to make it a complimentary drink since I waited so long for the wrong order twice!

This is a wonderful place, I feel right at home when I drive up or walk in! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...BEAUTIFUL PERSONALITIES, I cant go to another Starbucks because I feel so much love here!!! Who ever did the hiring here, they made GREAT CHOICES!!!! Pease keep up the good work, its just nice to be nice and in this world today there isnt anymore customer service anywhere!!! I will spend my money here any day, i love it......!!!!! (All SMILE)

Visited this location several times during a weeklong trip to the area. Slow service, drinks made incorrectly... today when I asked to remake my cold drink hot as ordered, I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. Ari made 5 other drinks before remaking mine, then rolled her eyes when I asked why she didnt fix the mistake first. Rude employees!

I was in here for a refreshing got cup of Pike after being drenched in a deluge of a storm....service was slow.. girl at counter could care less that I just wanted to get my cup of Joe and get going.. I had to repeat that I wanted whole milk three times.. I go to Starbucks and minimum of twice a day and service was mediocre at best

Not a lot of comfy places to sit. This starbucks is very tiny so sometimes they do run out of places to sit. They also tend to run out of drinks and food towards the end of the night. Parking can be hard if visiting at a busy times. Bathrooms need to be redone and same goes with the chairs and tables. The staff is Ok.

Its a starbucks and I cant think of any complaints which means they are doing pretty good. I never do drive-thru, so cant speak to that. Inside is rarely that busy but I think its nonstop for drive thru orders. I never have to wait long to make my order and the staff are pretty nice in my 30+ visits.

Today Starbucks had a petition set up inside to beg the government to steal more money to pay off debt that isnt even mine. I do not want to associate with a company that is advocating that another group of people Ive never met should steal even more from me to pay a debt that isnt mine.

I asked to have a banana blended into my vent vanilla bean frappucino they blended a green peel unripened one in instead of notifying me that they were not ripe and giving me the option, might as well blended the peel! common sense isnt common anymore,

I like coming here because its convenient. The chairs arent too comfy though, a lot of the power mats dont work and there arent enough outlets for the number of tables.

Nice, big store layout. A lot of natural light comes through those huge windows. The staff seem to enjoy their job, which always makes for an enjoyable visit.

Seating is disconnected. Sunlight at times makes it difficcult to work on my laptop even with the shades down. Music is outdated and iratating.
