Overall good customers service and reasonably priced merchandise. However, I ordered and prepaid an item that shows in stock but never found. First promised to be in store in 2 to 3 hours but never happened. Checked the next day and was again promised to have it the following day - not happening... Finally arrived 3 days later, and I had to call them to find out.

Its important to note, I know very little about cars. Particularly fixing them. However, Ive had a few small things go wrong that I didnt want to pay a mechanic for and this place was a game changer. Super friendly service! Explained things on a level I understood and in a very non-judgemental way.

Surprisingly good selection. Brakes and rotors for my 10 year old car always in stock. Order online and pay in store is 10% off. Rewards program is another 5% off. Well informed staff and they bend over backwards to help. Glad theyre nearby.
