Even if this is the only place to get just one part, wait until more come in stock somewhere else. The staff here is very rude. I went in and they didnt say anything, kind of just look at you. The guy that I had the pleasure of dealing with wasnt very pleasant at all. When I told him the part I was looking for he said he didnt have it and then was ready to walk away. But then I told him to go back a screen and the part was right there. He seemed irritated at the fact a customer could find it better then he could. Then when he went to look for the part he didnt know what he was looking for and then gave me more attitude. When he asked how I was going to pay I said cash and he just walked away and expected me to know what he wanted me to do. After I gave him the cash he sighed and counted out the change and didnt give it to me, just tossed it on the counted and didnt say a word.... Have a wonderful day to you too.

Adults who have been around the automotive world work at this "zone" . I used to go to the zone near where I live. No more. I doubt the kids that work in that AutoZone could tell a starter from a harmonic balancer or a bottle of Maguires. The Lake in the Hills guys know their stuff and remind me of all the stuff Ill need to finish the job. Like this last time. I had the caliper, the rotor and he asks if I needed brake fluid. Picked up a quart. Nice. I did not have any at home and that simple question saved me trip. I used to think AutoZone good for parts but to avoid the know nothing staff. The plus 40 crew at Lake in the Hills really do know their Stuff!!!! Guys you are the best!

They treat people like theyre really stupid try to tell me that my engine and needed to be replaced and I would need all this stuff and it just turned out to be a misfire my husband was a mechanic for 40 years and only had to replace one coil pack this is very common of all the Auto Zones which is but why I have switched to another store

Very rude people. Dont really care about your problems and dont care to help. Im 20 and they act like I dont know what the hell Im doing. SMH. Go to Oreillys wonderful people who actually care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO ZONE!!! Horrible people.

This Autozone is my favorite parts store in the area. Staff are friendly and the store is clean and well stocked. My only small quibble is that the employees could do a better job of greeting customers who come in the store.

Staff is really nice and very helpful. Been going there for years. Not their fault, but I still dont like the Autozone rewards program. If you dont spend more than $20 per visit you get no credit towards the program.
