My daughter and I walked into this bookstore, two ladies were behind the counter. Having been in the store for well over 5 mins, no one even acknowledged that we were there. Not a hello, thanks for stopping in, what can I help you with, what can I help you find, NONE of it! My daughter proceeds to the back, having never been inside this bookstore, I asked one of the ladies if she could assist in finding a particular book. She did walk over to the area, but never directly showed myself or daughter the books in question. At this point I was livid, I instructed my daughter to put the book down that she wanted to purchase! I also told her we would not be spending any of my hard earned money in this establishment! This was a very unfortunate experience dealing with such rude, unwelcoming, and formost an utter lack of customer service, not only for myself, but for my 9 year old daughter! However; I was able to teach my daughter a very valuable lesson that is to NEVER spend your money in places that youre not appreciated!
