This place has the worst service for book rentals. Whatever you do, please dont forget to return your books before the last day because if you dont, they will charge you a crap load for late fees. They dont care for your reasons. I rented 3 books and had to leave for a couple of weeks for a very important reason and noticed that I have been charged $630 in fees. Just RIDICULOUS!!

I rented a book from them. Turns out we never used the book in class so it sat on a shelf the whole year. When I went to return the book there was water damage on a few pages. Which is something I truly did not do to the book at all. I know these books are expensive and so i take good care of them. I had to pay $100 for the book. That is the last time rent from them every again.

I seen so many bad reviews and its heart breaking. I love the book store the staff is super nice they know where things are and if they are not sure they find help. I havent had a problem there. And FYI make sure to ask the instructor if you need the book or just the online access code. This way you save money!

Great knowledgeable staff and plenty in Stock. Dont listen to people with bad reviews because they knew what was gonna happen when they didnt return books on time and for college students they didnt act responsible and were late anyhow. So dont give bad reviews for your own stupidity.

The books are expensive and overpriced. Better off buying your books online or from somewhere else .
