Overall a decent store. Location is good and a decent place to wait while other things are being done, however for buying vape stuff (ie. mods, jucies, tanks), their selection is lacking. I went there and bought one of the few mods they had there, tad bit expensive but a overall good mod. I asked for the box and they do not have them, so I asked about potential returns, they dont do that as well. Management was not there and was very difficult for the girl to get a hold of. I did not see anywhere about the no returns or exchanges posted, that seems pretty important to know that all sales are final here. Overall, if they had more of a selection, allowed returns/exchanges or at least posted that all sales where final, Id give a better rating. Im not sure if Ill be coming back to the store though.

This is my second time going to the store. I am really new to vaping and I came here because its really close to my house. The first time the older gentleman was really nice , but the second time the service was terrible. I needed new coil because I thought mine was burnt and one of gentleman who took my service was being extremely rude to me. I am not sure if he was having a bad day or else wise. I asked him for flavor suggestions and he was just tossing me the flavor and I could tell he did not wanted to work there for that day. I tried to be polite as possible but yeah.... Maybe I was here at the wrong time?? I will not be back for a while.

BEWARE!! I went to this shop for my first mod, and purchased the NeBox on their suggestion. After I left a friend told me that this device was known for leaking issues which was not mentioned by the associate. Ive contacted them about the issue and was told there is nothing they are willing to do in replacement or exchange. I will not be returning to this shop and I recommend that you look for a more professional and customer friendly shop. Brick and mortar is a good thing to support but they have a responsibility to stand behind the products they suggest and sell to their customers which this shop does not.

this is a really nice place, theyve got great selection, a comfy and cozy atmosphere, and their guys really know what theyre talking about(namely this nick guy who helped me out). their clerks are always a good chat and theyve got really competitive prices. I frequently go here even though i know of a cheaper place just because its a really legit place. be warned high schoolers, they do ID you if you look underage. all in all this is a really great place for all your smoking and vaping needs

OMG! How is this place in business with such high prices on everything. WOW!! Besides online where the same product is way more then half off. They wont even price match other vape stores. Other vape stores are 20 dollars in average are cheaper then this place. I am just shocked? If you dont care about money go here.

Stopped in to see the latest in vaping. There were two beautiful young Russian ladies there that helped me. It was a very nice place and they were both very helpful.
