To start they do have a great selection of tobacco and pipes. I have stopped in five times on different occasions for select items. At first I thought I had found my new local pipe tobacco and cigar supplier. But today I stopped in to try a tin of pipe tobacco I have been looking to taste, and feel I was taken advantage of. After looking through the stock, I settled on that one tin in particular. The tin was marked $17.72. I gandered to the register, and placed my purchase on the counter. The cashier rang me up, and I gave him my card. He gave me my receipt, and I went on my merry way. As I got outside, I glanced at the total on the receipt. It said $24.86. Call me crazy, or bad at math, but I cant seem to figure out how tax could have been $7.14 on a $17.72 purchase. This will be the last time I go to this shop.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! The service there is beyond poor. I bought a glass bong from there "originally a 2 hitter" I was a first time buyer and they seem to take advantage of the fact. I had to return 4 times to exchange 3 different (Broken) pieces and every time i had returned a new clerk seem to work the register. Every glass bong seemed to be broken or missing something. If you want professional help dont go here. All they care about is making money off you by selling you broken products.

Workers are incredibly friendly, however the quality of their glass bongs is a joke. Ive bought two now, one vial base single 19 arm perc, and one tube with a single 6 arm perc. The bases are uneven causing the bongs to wobble, and the blowers they use are garbage, sloppy seams & < 2MM glass. Their Roors and Illadelphs are NOT authentic, buyer beware.

The owner would not redeem my coupon from American Spirit for a pack other than the standard yellow or blue. He claimed that American Spirit would not pay him the difference in cost and tried to convince me to pay him full price despite the fact that I came in with a coupon. I am not that gullible. And shame on them. Never get my business again!

Great selection but if theyre going to refuse manufacturer coupons they should really post their policy at the checkout counter. Dont try to convince me that THIS coupon is the special one you dont accept, just say "we dont take any coupons".

This shop has more cigars and variations than any place within the area. The humidor is approximately 15 by 15 and keeps the cigars fresher than many other places Ive been to.
