HORRIBLE SERVICE. This place might sell good equipment but their service is TERRIBLE. Last year, my riding mower didnt start well so I sent it there. It came back with the same problem and came back with two more problems that werent there. The oil leaked and the belt came back loose. I went to Interstate Batteries and got a new battery this year and voila it started just fine. Sent the mower back to Russo and they put a brand new battery in it and charged me for it! When it came back this time (they didnt send it back on time and made my wife wait over 12 hours for it, delivered it later free of charge), it came back with a flat! I called their new manager SEAN and he sounded like he would help me out (he said he was sent in by headquarters because of numerous servicing department issues). Well, I was told today that I not only have to pay normal repair bill for the flat but they wouldnt refund me for the unnecessary battery they put in. Even when I offered to produce the receipt from just two months ago. Avoid this place for service and save yourself of any headaches (heartaches too)!

terrible customer service my family has owned three tree services to date. the representative looked like he had never used a chainsaw in his life. and undermined my intelligence as a tree care professional. would not let us purchase the saw which we had gone their to purchase insisted on us purchasing the bigger saw im assuming because he might make commission off of equipment sold and to put icing on the cake the 20-25 pound stihl ms-880 we had been coerced to buy was being moved towards their point of sale system with the tip of the chainsaw dragging against the ground i am a solid STIHL chainsaw customer but never again will i purchase from russo power supply. im glad i made a 45 minute trip to be so disappointed terrible customer service if u are in the market for a saw please save your time and purchase from ralph and helm or martin implement

I just want to say a big THANK YOU to OMAR for going above an beyond. Fantastic customer service! He figured out the part I needed for my Toro mower and had it waiting for me when I got there! I tried to install it and couldnt find a second screw under the machine so he referred me to the #1 service guy DERRICK. Derrick looked up my model and was able to tell me EXACTLY where it was! "It was covered with grass of course!" The cable traction part worked better than the original one. Thanks for all the help from a great team of employees!! Definitely coming back for future parts!!!!

Terrible customer service. I looked up my part as to save them some time..website said had 3 in Stock. So rather than ordering online and probably receive in two days.I decided to go buy at Naperville location...well 3 in Stock means at other locations. Wanted to charge me 14 dollars to ship to Naperville store...wtf?.and when I tried to talk to manager..they didnt care at all...I will not return and will tell my friends and neighbors to avoid also..youre better off buying on amazon...

great facility, friendly staff, but bad advice. I went there to get transmission fluid for my Cub tractor. They tried to sell me 90 wt gear lube. This would have destroyed my tractor. Thank god I was smart enough to know the difference. Be careful with their advice.

I worked with Dave and helped me with selecting a herbicide for my weed problem as well as an appropriate sprayer. He was very helpful and even assembled the sprayer for me. This was my first visit to Russo. I look forward to going back!

This place seems to cater to businesses like landscaping companies and such, but I had them fix my push lawnmower. Fast, good service, good repair. Recommended.
