My car started to have issues as I was driving through McHenry. I stopped at AutoZone and Jaime quickly provided assistance. He was incredibly helpful! He replaced my car battery and he got me a great deal, as well as a warranty. He changed the battery as well. All in all, I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. Truly excellent customer service! I could not be happier! I will definitely be returning here in the future. Reliable, dependable, and friendly staff at this location! That is hard to find nowadays.

Friendly, helpful. Left after a purchase and vehicle wouldnt start when out in lot. Employees noticed and came out to be helpful. They didnt need to. Furthermore, they helped me with the problem and got me in my way. Over and above in customer service! Good job, guys!

Got calipers from auto zone on discount and after both were incorrect so I went to napa to get calipers that wont rust in a week and are actualy labelled correctly. Biggest joke of a store ive walked into. Napa is right down the road.
