Worst customer service! We have been going to this menards for years and I dont know what has happened to the customer service. All of these young girls at the return center have the worst attitudes! It hasnt been just once its been several times. You complain to the mangers and they do nothing to make things better. The Menards on Webber rd is 100 times better then this place. If you dont want to work there quit! Dont take it out on the customers. We dont want anything for free!

Nice place. The cashiers could be friendlier and more helpful, once they have your money you are now in the way. You may have a belt full of products you just purchased they dont feel any obligations to assist you with bagging, and dont understand why you are still there preventing from moving on to the customer. All too often they start checking out the next customer while your purchases are still on the discharge belt.

Great place. Only bad things are no wifi and cell service sucks. Would like to go on my phone and find what I was looking for and there is an older lady in the door department who always has a huge attitude like we are bothering her. Otherwise everyone else is friendly and great prices.
