I went to the store to trade in a fully functional 4 month old PlayStation 4 Slim for a USED PLAYSTATION 4 because I really needed to have an optical port for the sound I most desired from my games and movies. They gave me a PlayStation 4 that sounded like a old record player. I put in my disc and a few seconds later a message appeared saying unable to read disc. I asked the guy with the chin strap beard before I started to make the transaction were their used consoles good and he said yes. I asked can you test the console Im about leave out the store with and he said no. But when I gave him my console he tested it to ensure that it worked and while he tested I waited for over 35 minutes just standing there. He in fact did not make sure that me the customer was going to be satisfied. Seems like the store is only worried about how much money they can get from you while you are there. I was even treated like I wasnt familiar with gaming when Ive been gaming all my life. I was belittled, overcharged, and screwed on my transactions. I hope it doesnt happen to you!

I went to this store to get my son a game. As usual they didnt have it. They offered to order it for me and have it delivered to my home by this Wednesday. I checked my email and noticed the order. They spelled my street address wrong. I go on USPS website to check the tracking and my item is not even shown. I call the store to express my concern and they put me on hold for almost 10 minutes without checking on me. I call them from a different number and they answered immediately. I complained that I was on hold and was told they forgot I was holding. Then instead of helping me they give me an 800 for me to call and request a refund since the girl who ordered it for me didnt charge me for expidite delivery. So then I had to hold on line with 800 for half hour for them to tell me it cant be refunded. Mind you this is an outsourced person in some other country Im speaking to. I am so pissed. I am giving them a three-star because they didnt fix the issue by allowing me to pick up the game and local store and not wait for the game to come in.

Horrible always asking for your info and a parent even wen they know u can play anygame so if u go ask for izzy or laura not that other small guy with the beard but the other to people are the best

They buy games and consoles for cut rates, but used prices are good and they have a good selection (excluding pc)
