Terrible experience with Menards management team. The cashier was perfect but when she attempted to get assistance from the management team.....she was passed from one person to another. A display item was marked with a sale price ($17.99). I asked where to find the item and the cashier promptly directed me....but the item did not ring up as marked...instead it was $54.99. A request for management assistance was placed by the cashier...resulting in the arriving manager stating.....This is not my division...I cant help. A floor associate was told to assist....I was given the same item and it also was priced at $54.99..this associate delivered messages between the correct division manager (Karina C.) and me a few times....never did the manager appear and speak to me. I was offered an inconvenience discount ($10); was told a pricing mistake was made and nothing more could be done. I did not make the mistake! What happen to customer service? There are Lowes and Home Depots in my area....Im done with Menards.....The corporate office will be notified. Be wary of sale price items...check twice.....in doubt dont bother with asking for assistance...youre on your own! Terrible .... simply unprofessional!

Usually has what I need. Not always easy finding someone when you do need help. Especially annoying when you have younger people working there and they cant get something from the stock room for you. I know and they know more are in the store. They just cant be bothered. So theyll tell you to come back tomorrow when more are on tue shelf.

Horrible customer service! They dont even answer the phone. I tried calling to ask a simple question and no one ever answers the phone. Not even the manager! I truly dont understand how their headquarters arent aware of this problem...smh this is exactly why I shop at Home Depot!

Menards is a great store, however this one doesnt live up to the name, best thing about this location is the enter and exit doors are close to each other. If you can, go to the one in hammond on 165

they suck, you become a menards employee when you walk in the doors! I always have to find everything my damn self. if I was the supervisor l would fired all of the staff ! including MYSELF.......

The store only has one mobility cart for people who cant walk for an extended time period. AND it was broken! so if you have mobility issues..this store is pitiful. I filed a complaint with ADA

Asked three people to tell me where the thermostats were located.... All 3 told me wrong... Staff needs to be trained!!! Go to Indiana or store on Halsted if You can... Much better!!!
