I went in to get a tattoo. Spoke with the artist, and made all the arrangments. I called the artist with a minor modification. I was told that I would take away from the other tattoo. I asked the artist to draw the other one up and I would get it somewhere else. A few days go by and I go to get my tattoo. The image was larger than I wanted, and he did not bother to draw up the other one. So when I spoke to him on the phone, He must have lied and never drawn up the other tattoo. Thank you for nothing, and Quad City is much better than you guys. I will never enter your establishment again! Tattoo artist should listen to there clients! The day after I had this terrible experience, I made an appointment with Quad city. I am getting two tattoos. The one I wanted at Perfection dermagraphics , and another larger one for only SEVENTY DOLLARS MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For both of them TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kurt Jacobson ALL THE WAY!!! This was my 4th tattoo, and a pretty big piece at that. Kurt knows what hes talking about, you can trust him with not only artwork, but cleanliness and safety. He takes his time and will be just as excited about your tattoo as you are! Hes a real person, and gets to know you. I recommend him all day. NEVER GOING TO ANOTHER ARTIST AGAIN!!! Nicole Rizzo is absolutely incredible. I have several tattoos- but Nicoles talent and skill are far superior to any of the other artists Ive worked with in the past. Im in love with her work so much that she is my designated go to person for more ink. On top of that, shes very professional and so easy to sit. Love Nicole. Her work is beautiful. I love going to this place. It saddens me to know that Nicole is no longer with this place. She is a wonderful asset to the location that feels like a hole in the wall. It was very unique with all its different artists. I will no longer be visiting this location for its easy influence over ONE bad review. An amazing place to get a tattoo. Dont let the name fool you - they know their business here. I have a co-worker that has had his whole leg done here and I recently got work done on my leg as well. Very flexible, very nice, and very passionate people working over there. No reason to drive all the way to Chicago when you have this right here.

Kurt is the best. He will work with you to get the best possible design and will redraw until you are satisfied. He is easy to talk to and can really make the time fly by. This is my 3rd tattoo with Kurt, and I will never get a tattoo from anyone but him. Highly recommended and cant wait to see his designs of my next ideas!
