Went there with my old vape mod (Vapor Shark 1 battery) because it broke on me and Im looking for a newer decently priced mod to switch. I have MY OWN tank and juice and I wanted to match the NEW mod and MY tank setup to make sure its compatible. We checked out some mods, I ask questions, he kept looking at the manuals and box trying to explain to me what the specs were.... At one point he couldnt figure out how to open the battery cover and just told me its an internal battery. Only until I told him that this mod is way too light for it to have internal batt, then he manages to open the battery cover... Anyway, there is this mod that requires 2 batteries, and the guy there wont take out another battery so I can try out the new mod. He said that he cant be letting me keep on trying out different mods and puffing.... I dont see why... I am using MY OWN TANK!!! Long story short, I left and went to Smoque Vapors on Dearborn and Harrison and purchased a Cuboid 150W. Btw, its ALL SALES FINAL. I wont buy a car without test driving it.... Stupid.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST VAPE SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER. They steer towards models; talk them up- Ive purchased over a $100 and immediately in the car went back after I realized their pens were malfunctioning- and the Indian guy ( the cashier) was like well look at our sign...??? I was there less than 2 minutes ago and wanted to not get a full refund but AN EXCHANGE. He ruined my prefilled cartidges- then preceded to tell me I have bad coils- and then sells me another PEN AND THAT ONE DOESNT WORK. No refunds, no explanation just random shitty stoners behind a half ass counter. STAY FAR AWAY check out SWEETOOTH ON CHICAGO AVE - they care about YOU- their products and reputation.

went on 4/20 for a sale they where having, they have some of the nicest people there the lady behind the counter i didnt catch her name, was very nice and had a lot of knowledge on the different pieces they had and the guy who was working there was also a big help, i didnt know this was even in my neighborhood but im glad i found out! will be going here for all my future needs. i would of worked there if i knew they were hiring haha.

This would have been my very first smoke shop experience. The shops says it opens @ 10. i waited for over 2 hrs for this shop to open. They cant truly care about good business if your place of business does not open on time. It makes us "stoners" look bad. If the owner sees this, im willing to open your shop on time if you hire me. ;) i really do think its a great environment.

Great little smoke shop to live near, as I tend to buy the same things pretty regularly. The staff member I usually see here has answered so so so many of my ridiculous e-cigarette questions; she is the reason I can operate this dang thing smoothly without spending too much money. Ive also had great and hilarious conversations with other customers in the shop :)

Was one of the first customers to come into the shop when it first opened. Staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with. If you need something ask, and theyll try everything to make it happen. If Bree is working youre in luck. Great local shop and the only in the area conveniently located for south side residents.

Nice little smoke shop with miscellaneous smoke related paraphernalia but barely even open and understaffed. ALSO they dont accept returns, do exchanges or refunds... THAT is bogus if anything...
