The staff is absolutely wonderful here!! Every time I go they know exactly what I need even when I dont, and although not all of the employees are as knowledgeable as some of the other employees there, they definitely seem like they want to learn :) love the owner as well! Very polite man. The managers Kat and Carrie are super cool and funky with in depth knowledge on pretty much everything. Love how they can have fun with each other too while also helping out the guests :)

Staff only sees its customers as walking dollar signs. None of these people are glassblowers, but like to act like theyre part of the scene; theyre always willing to disrespect the customers preferences and claim customers percolation is outdated. Learn some respect or MOVE BACK TO MILWAUKEE! This is Madison and we dont tolerate your pompous arrogance! Avoid Steve at all costs, hes the pretentious turd wearing glasses.

Great store and 1000 times more friendly than their competitor. The other place does have some nice people but Im not a caricature of their typical customer and the paranoia thar reigns in "head" shops seems a little more locked and loaded there while Pipefitter is more laid back.

Staff doesnt care about customers. They are more concerned with hanging out with each other, rather than providing any help, or answering any questions. Madison has other great smoke shops- try others, not Pipefitter.

Not Madisons best, but for State street it does what it needs to. The staff is hit or miss on helpfulness but then again, youre in a headshot and Im almost 40, so I see where I rate.

This place is sooo expensive! They never have any cool new glass, just the same old junk. They dont care about customers. I hope they go out of business soon.
