A great clean store and incredibly organized. Nordstrom just gets it even though this is there reduced unsellable merchandise store. The staff still treats you like a million bucks. I felt welcome as I entered the store. I was able to jump into a dressing room and try some clothes on and get out of the store quickly. As a dude I love that. The prices on sport coats are much cheaper here then the Mens Warehouse next door which lures you in with the Buy One, Get One which is a total lie. They are just charging you for two. Nordstrom Rack had the same sports coats and I only had to buy one. I saved $200 dollars over shopping next door. Make sure you shop smart. Free 90 minute validated parking is a plus too.

Eh, the selection here kinda falls flat in comparison to the stores downtown. Not sure if that myth is really true, but by experience, I can confirm. I understand that if you see something at these stores you have to grab it as it wont be there next time. But honestly, I think they save the good stuff for the downtown stores.

This is one of the best Nordstrom Rack in Chicago. The employees are cheerful, friendly & helpful. There are always awesome finds in designer, dresses, shoes & accessories. I have even found deeply discounted shoes (1 penny!) here. The parking is easy and 90 minutes is plenty for shopping!

Great store to shop at. The Nordstrom Rack on State Street is much more cramped, This store has a much more open layout. Friendly staff! Saxon and Kaitlyn are great if you need to speak with a manager and Naii and Stephanie are very friendly, helpful cashiers! Great service!

Great selection of brand name items. Everything in the store seems very organized. I have seen several items that are visually damaged and havent been removed from the shelves or racks.
