The selection here is absolutely ENORMOUS! I came here with my girlfriend a few weeks ago and left feeling like I would never have to go to another department store again. From the minute you walk in, you are assailed by a multitude of different senses. The perfume is right in front, so as a guy, I had to wade through the reps and smells like a beach in Normandy. I made my way upstairs to the womens clothes and saw the racks upon racks of different types, colors, and styles of clothes. We were helped by a very nice representative who helped my girlfriend finally pick out 3 dresses from the different ones available and we made our way up to the mens section. Here, I found 2 shirts and a suit for future purchase. Another rep up there helped me with sizes and styles and went above and beyond to accomodate us. When I went to pay, I honestly expected a much bigger dent than what came up. Overall a great shopping experience and definitely speaks volumes about the company and the corporate culture they promote.

Honestly, aside from the marginal selection of B list shoe designers, they dont have much going for them. I was trying to check out at the register line and saw that there were three cashiers standing a couple registers down. I walked up to them, and the lady closest to me looked at me, then continues talking to her friends for another 20 seconds or so until I asked if she was working? Maybe she was on break something? Nope, she rudely retorted, "well duh" and rolled her eyes on me before grabbing my purchase and lazily ringing it up. She then continued to talk to her friends and ignore me. I got my receipt and said goodbye without her even acknowledging me. Pretty bad experience overall, but it seemed like a couple of the employees thought the same way she did and that I was interrupting their conversation. Recommendation, just go to express or vans or wherever you actually want to go, they probably dont have what you want and will make you wish you had never come.

this store is full of rags that even thrift and dollar stores (both of which Ive stepped into but Ive only shopped once from a dollar store, I shop mainly at Sears)dont have. maybe someday more ppl will discover that department stores like Sears, Kmart, and JCP have great family-friendly prices and gorgeous styles you cant and wont find in "designer", "high class" stores, and these stores will run out of business. But that probably wont happen, everyone has their own taste and style, and this store, though it doesnt have the quality (casual AND dressy) apparel of its modest counterparts, many items at $10, $5 or less, does cator to an audience of its own. only stepped in once, ridiculously high prices and equally low quality clothing, e.g. a plain white Calvin Klein bra for $30!!! ridiculous but true! If you want quality (or high quality) at a reasonable (or low price), youre looking in the wrong place! try a department store, forever 21, or maybe even a thrift store!!!

I have never had an unsuccessful trip to Nordstrom Rack. This is my favorite store and Ive been to quite a few of them. There is a variety of clothing, bags, beauty products, accessories, and shoes for all budgets. I love that you can get popular clothing for less money (I even once bought a shirt here and then saw it in Nordstrom for full price later that same day!) This Nordstrom Rack has a smaller selection of clothing styles compared to other Nordstrom Racks. However, even though the variety in style isnt there, they have all sizes and colors in the styles they do have! In addition, this Nordstrom Rack has an incredible shoe section... the largest shoe selection I have seen at any Nordstrom Rack.

I love the hunt for a good deal, and this Nordstrom Rack is one of my favorite places for bargain hunting. They have a huge shoe department and carry a large selection of large size shoes, so it is very nice to have so many options there. When you can find them, many designer clothes and shoes are 1/3-1/2 off and they carry merchandise that was at the actual Nordstrom so you know you are getting good quality on most items. Besides clothes and shoes they have lots of purses, wallets, accessories, hair care products and bedding on the lower level. They usually have long lines for check out but they also offer roaming check out clerks and its way faster to check out with them.

Its a great place to visit when family and friends are in town. Over the years there seems to be more inventory but harder to find stuff as there is racks and racks of clothes. Usually you can find something good at this location but it does take time as there is lots of area with product. the shoe selection is always unique, its just a matter of finding your size in the shoes you want. The reason for 3 stars is mainly due to he cramped displays and racks which makes it hard to actually see everything clearly. For example the last 5 times we went, I didnt buy anything, a few years prior to the upgrade or added inventory, I couldnt go in without buying something.

This is the first/original Nordstrom Rack for the City of Chicago itself, and many other locations have since followed suit. This store has high traffic, but there is also a high-turnover of merchandise--perfect for those days when you crave a hunt, but always easier when you dont have anything particular in mind. This location lacks the childrens department that you can find at others, but the room is devoted to home accessories and larger selections of handbags and sunglasses, which one may not find at other locations, either. Associates are efficient and pleasant.

Coming to Nordstrom Rack feels a little bit like an extended treasure hunt. The items are arranged rather close together and because customers keep taking items and not returning back to their original locations, finding what you can be prove to be a little challenging. The staff do their best to keep items in their rightful place but it doesnt always work. The prices are really attractive and what you see is what you get in terms of availability. If you try hard enough, persevere and keep looking, youll probably walk out a very satisfied customer.

Ana is an idiot. She probably thinks getting a polyester shirt for $40 is a good deal. and that shirt is "high quality". Nordstrom Rack has some really amazing deals. When i was there last september I bought 2 designer coats and a pashmina shawl and a pair of nike socks for about $200 dollars. which was a steal. one of the coats regular price was $200. granted one of the buttons has fallen off (happens, just get it sewn back on) I love the shawl and the socks and the coats i got from here... and im going back today since i am in town again.

This place is a shoppers dream. You will find anything you need and usually its a very good deal. Parking is a challenge is your coming by car, but it is well worth the hassle if your on a mission. I recommend getting dropped off right in front of the store. There is a bus/tax lane right in front of the store. The place is always packed with customers, and getting customer service wont be easy as there is a limited number of staff. Its close to everything and you could easily spend a day there.
