I honestly have no idea what to buy here. They advertise that their products are the same quality as high end stores just stuff that is older or was produced in high quantity. I have never ever gotten anything here nice and the prices are not that great! For clothes I would rather go to Carsons than come here. Their mens shoes dept is a joke and it seems the place is a little unorganized. Every-time I come it seems like they have 1 of something and thats it - pretty strange. Not a fan of coming here and no idea how this place has survived for so long..

After escalating a return issue to two different managers, Jerry finally agreed to take my item back. The issue was the tag came off while trying on at home. I came with all of the tags (4) and them item unworn and in tact and they made it very difficult to return.

I usually go to the Marshalls in Houston and it is faaaaar better than the one here! I couldnt find variety and the stuff that was up seemed really old and disorganized. The staff was loud and it was just a weird environment altogether.
