I was in the Windy City from Puyallup Washington. Its about 40 miles south of Seattle. I called to see if the shoe I wanted was there and was told yes. When I got there, they did not have it. I was blessed to find another pair but the store did not have my size . The sales girl could see my disappointment so she checked for the size in another color. She saw that I was disappointed. She was gone for a good 10 minutes but returned with the my 2nd choice in the color and the size. She made me smile. I did not get her name but she called the cashier bobo or something like that.the cashier said she gives everyone nick names. The shoes I wanted ..the space jam shoes were not there. The sales clerk still made me smile. Good job young lady. Good job!

I have been here twice, once last year before Christmas and it was awesome. I went today and I was disappointed, not in the threads because theyre dope, but the customer service was a knock.. Carlos was nice and helpful along with another guy who was wearing gold shades, both helpful and personable. However, Im standing at the counter for what seemed like 10 minutes while 2 younger employees stood right in front of me and gossiped, I was pissed, they didnt even acknowledge me standing there for 5 minutes. Finally, when she was ready, she rung me up but still talking to her buddy and not concerned with me. Aside from that, I love the store..

Selection is okay although the customer service is pretty good. It upsets me that not once, Not twice but every single time I follow the steps for the "JORDAN RAFFLE" even make purchases to my Star account to get better headstarts and each time u still play me on the releases!! Like this raffle needs to be stopped because u get your hopes up and Im pissed because I missed the preorder waiting on this damn raffle again for AJ 6 Pinnacle $250 retail. And no other store has them now. Shoes always run out in less than a day. Please fix this cuz Im a Chicago native and SOHO even SC has u guys beat.

I went to this store this weekend to purchase the new Jordans. I stood in line for 2 hours and I was the 20th person. I wear a 8.5 in men. It was only 20 people in front of me. I understand that people can buy 2 pairs of shoes at a time. The crazy part is I have been further back in line and was able to get my size. You got to pay extra to get the shoes at other stores. Its a messed up system they got down there. A popular shoe like that...aint no way they should be running out that fast. People take time out their day to stand in line.

Bought a pair of 9s they looked a little worn but i still bought them. Only wore them to try them on the day i purchased them. Came to return them cause of some issues i had and they couldnt return my money because they were already worn and cant be sold. They offered store credit but i really needed the money. Cant take my shoes but if i took the store credit they would take my shoes still? What they gonna do clean and resell them? I recomend for people to check if everything in the shoe and out is in perfect condition.

First off, that was one of the greatest experiences of my life. The service was incredible and the people working there were so nice and so helpful. That store was amazing and everyone there seemed to know what they were talking about. The clothing they had was great looking and we got to customize sweatpants and a hoodie and put a Chicago or Space Jam patch of our choice. If I could, I would rate this store 10/5 stars.

It has all the latest offerings of Jordan Brand shoes and even gets some earlier than other retailers. Shhhh. If theres something you want you better get it because they dont keep a lot of stock here and change it frequently. The sales people must work on commission because you will be approached by multiple people asking you if you need help. It is a very small store for that.

"Shark" was extremely helpful! Shook my hand, introduced himself, asked my name, and where I was from. He continually checked on me and let me know he hadnt forgot about me. It wasnt annoying though like usual salespersons are. I watched him and he treats every customer like a friend hes known for a while. Super friendly! I recommend everyone ask for him!!

The store itself is great! We found a couple gifts Im excited about, however, way too many people asking us if we were doing ok over and over and over; and insisting on helping every direction we turned. I can really appreciate friendly, helpful service but it was way too much. We couldnt wait to get out of there, except only one open checkout.
