I called from out of state to send my friend sympathy flowers, the first person i spoke to asked me if I could wait to send my order because it was the week of Valentines day, which I understood, but when I called back to check the status, the owner of the shop told me that the lady i spoke to was wrong about everything she told me. She said they not only didnt have the plant I asked for, but the prices were all wrong and she couldnt send me any photos of what they did have and that I should check their website if I wanted to see what they were going to send... Which didnt make any sense because she kept telling me what I wanted wasnt available. She made it so difficult to do business with her and wanted to charge me $10 to deliver something that was less than a mile away. VERY RUDE! I recommend Titos Flowers & Gifts instead.

My mother wanted to buy flowers for my boyfriends mother since she would be meeting her for the first time. I had never been to A&A floral arts before. The shop is super cute with some great deals on vases and baskets for your flowers. We had a set budget and they met it with a beautiful bouquet of exotic flowers with a Christmas feel to it. We ended up talking to the costumer that was before us while we waited and he was raving about how he comes there for all of his arrangements... "if my wife doesnt enjoy them, I certainly will." I recommend this place to anyone looking for a floralist that loves putting together special arrangements that have thought, character and are not your run of the mill.

My husband bought me flowers for Valentines Day; they were pretty ... for 2 days - and dead on the morning of 2/17. The order was wrong - he wanted more pink callolillies than white (asked for a bouquet but got 5 flowers wrapped in a ribbon). Overpriced is expected on V-Day, but paying $10 per flowers that are now brown - just ridiculous! Told him to buy from somewhere else - and recommend you do the same.

From out of the country I called A&A Floral Arts. I was so impressed with the way Donna helped me. Im such a novice when it comes to flowers for certain occasions. I basically put myself in Donnas hands and trusted her.Any anxiety I had about whether her choices and suggestions would brighten my friends spirits were dispelled when they phoned to express how beautiful the arrangement was.

Great experience for me to have to choose a new florist for my Mom, she has just moved to Chicago to a Retirement home and the change has been difficult, I always send her flowers for her birthday! Julie was delightful and helpful! The flowers are absolutely spot on as we discussed and Mom is thrilled! I am so pleased to now have a dependable and great florist! Thank-you!
