I wouldnt give this Company even One star. I hope you all read this review!!! I ordered a Valentine floral arrangement from Avas Flowers online for my Mother. Avas Flowers gave the order to Forsberg. They were paid $100.00 from Avas Flowers to make the arrangement. This was a $155 Floral order. The Flower arrangement was missing half the flowers. When I contacted Avas Flowers and showed them pictures. They agreed it was poorly represented. Avas Flowers asked them to make another arrangement. Forsbergs delivered the arrangement today and demanded my mother return the the old arrangement because it is Company policy! My Mother had no clue what was going on today. Sarah Balding rudely explained, they use the vase and flowers over again!! Because Sarah Balding doesnt know how to listen to her customers. My Mother has acute bronchitis and didnt want to see anybody get infected when she returns the used flowers to the store. Forsbergs never gave the Flowers to my Mother. The next time you pay for new flowers at Forsbergs they may be used. You may be infecting loved ones with viruses from someone elses home. Also beware of Sarah Balding when ordering flowers. She doesnt provide quality work or listen! UPDATE: The Owner of Forsbergs Lou Ann who excepted the payment of $100.00 from Avas to Full fill the Valentines order. Told the Recipient my Mother. When we receive payment for the Bouquet arrangement. We Deduct $20.00 off for fuel delivery. The remainder is $80.00. So we only will provide eighty dollars worth of service. So this business excepts the checks from Ftd, Avas, etc...but doesnt give the Customer what he ordered. Avas informed me they will not be doing business with Forsbergs. Lou Ann you ought to be ashamed of yourself screwing over a 30 year Veterans wife!
