The funeral arrangement you designed using the colors in the Hungarian flag is beautiful! I was so happy to find a florist that was able to do a next day delivery and delighted with the level of customer service Johanna gave me. She was patient with all my requests and made sure she had all the details right. In this age of technology it was wonderful to personally speak with someone so pleasant and knowledgeable. I recently relocated to NYC so I wanted to send my mother a bouquet to her office for her birthday! She loved them so much she cried! I told them her favorite color and flowers and the designer turned an idea into a reality! The service was quick and easy and they were very friendly over the phone. They even sent me a photo of the finished product before delivery. I highly recommend and would definitely use again!

As usual, Ashland Addison Florist came through with two beautiful arrangements using oversized martini glasses for the vase. I have used them for years each time I need flowers. No matter the occasion, the flowers are fresh, beautifully arranged, and delivered promptly. There is no match for consistent, high-quality service like Ashland Addisons!

Only just received an interesting terrarium from them and love it. And then they called to follow up to make sure I received the delivery as it was left in the lobby. On first call out, seem to have beautiful and interesting arrangements and service is wonderful. And costs much better than some of those big name - over priced floral shops.

The cactus arrangement was a little smaller than described so I was a little disappointed. But they called to make sure the recipient was home and when he didnt come down to pick it up from the doorman I asked them to call a second time which they did immediately for me . I thought that was excellent service and I would use them again

Great customer service!! I ordered flowers online from St Louis for a friend who was having surgery in Chicago. Because the order was online, with most florists I would never know what flowers actually got delivered. Not so with Ashland Addison. They sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered. Beautiful!
