I am extremely satisfied with the product and service! I live in Indianapolis, IN and needed to send flowers to my sister in Huntsville. Although this company does not have a website (should think about doing that ASAP), I called them up and asked to place a Valentines Day delivery order TWO DAYS before. I kind of held my breath thinking I would be rejected as several other companies did not have deliveries available until the following week, but Heritage was accommodating to my needs. The woman who took my order was pleasant, quick, patient, and professional. I described the arrangement I was looking for and she worked it out. My sister received her flowers this morning and they are absolutely gorgeous. THANK YOU Heritage!

I called from Virginia to ask about a website and because only Facebook and the inventory photos had not been updated, Mary Kay text me photos of Mothers Day arrangements for me to choose from. Then she called me back to see if I was satisfied with them. They were beautiful and reasonably priced. I made my ordered and I surely expect my Mom with be thrilled. If all business was conducted this way, the consumer would be better off. Good bye Pro Flowers Hello Heritage. Come on Madison and surrounding areas support these great people.

Oh wow!!!! Amazing, quick, no hassle customer service! I ordered flowers for my stepdaughters birthday the evening before. I had no idea what to order. I just gave a budget and said "beautiful, feminine, and young". They were very confident and said they knew exactly what to do. They totally delivered (no pun intended). I will never use another florist in the area again. This is my permanent go-to florist.

This has been our Go To florist ever since my husband and I first started dating which was 18 years ago! Heritage has the most creative arrangements using a wide selection of flowers. Having grown up in Hawaii, my favorite arrangements are the ones Ive gotten with Birds of Paradise, Protea, and Red Ginger. My second all time favorite has been the topiary shaped roses.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my wife at work, and even off of the small picture and vague description I gave, they made an arrangement better than I had imagined, and which thrilled my sometimes hard-to-please wife! The lady in the shop was also extremely kind and helpful. I will recommend this to any guy looking for flowers for his significant other.

I suspect that the John Doe, the only negative and the only anonymous reviewer here is a competitor florist. Heritage is amazing, the arrangements are always beautiful and the employees are professional and care about what they are doing. I have used no one else for some years now and will continue to use them even to coordinate my out of town deliveries.

Was very unpleased with this florist. What I didnt like was the completely overpriced walmart quality flowers and how cluttered the store was. People seemed very unprofessional and very oblivious to customers who have questions if your looking for a good florist I would recommend going to Parkers florist first or at least compare the flowers to walmart

Every time I need to buy a gift (typically flowers), I go to Heritage Florist & Gifts. I dont know much about flowers, so I typically just walk in and tell them a general idea of what Im looking for. They are always fast and friendly and Im quickly out the door with a beautiful bouquet that never disappoints! I definitely recommend!

I am in Korea. I sent flowers to my mom for her birthday. It was definitely last minute, but they somehow managed to do it. Unfortunately they got there when she wasnt there, but they went between the times I asked. She had just stepped out. She loved them, and sent me a picture. I will keep doing flower deliveries with them!

Had to order flowers from out of state. They dont have a website but were very helpful over the phone. The flowers were delivered on time and they even double checked to make sure they went to the right place and on time. My family was happy and I am very satisfied, definitely recommend.

I use Heritage 3-4 times a year to have flowers delivered to my wife at work. They are AWESOME and always do a great job. I always call last minute and bail me out EVERY TIME. I get photos of my arrangements before they are delivered. Great Florist... Wish you had a website though..

Excellent service and the owner is so nice! I just walked-in to the shop to purchase some flowers, and the owner personally prepared a nice arrangement. She took time to talk with me while working, and gave me an outstanding looking arrangement for the price.

Ive used them twice now, and both times have been short notice and theyve done an excellent job. The staff is very nice and they do a beautiful job. I wouldnt recommend anyone else. The best in town.
