HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer service. The owner did not seem interested in my usiness. I called to set an appt and then i had a family emergency so I called to reschedule my appt (which I cancelled my original one the day of I admit) but she was very nasty about me rescheduling. I went the day of my next appt and she was very un-welcoming. Did not seem inviting and couldnt even remember my name. I sat and looked at flower books that did not show her actual work it seemed like it was just wedding books. Ive never order from a florists before so I was sitting there asking her questions she did not help what so ever with any input as to what style I was going for or anything. Just very basic questions she asked like what my wedding colors are. I seen a bouquet of flowers I liked and was looking for her to give detail as to how she would style the. She didnt really say besides that it would look similiar to the one I picked with her own little "style." Whatever that means. She called her driver in the middle of talking to me tf or another order which was very unprofessional. I picked a certain bouquet of flowers asked pricing and when does she need a down payment. She told me by the end of this week to let her know. But I get a call from her today stating that she has booked someone else for that date and she will no longer be able to assist me. Im so glad I booked with another florists. I did not like her attitude and she just seemed very money hungry. Please do not go to this shop.

I paid $50 (not including shipping or tax) for a birthday boquet to be shipped. I left the creation of the boquet completely in the hands of the woman who answered the phone. She ended up sending 6 roses, 1 lily, 1 hydrangia, and a few carnations and a bunch of green filler. I order flowers a decent amount and have never been so disappointed. Plus the roses look very poor quality. Please do not use this company to send flowers to loved ones...they will be disappointed.

WOW!!! I was very impressed by this flower shop ..seemingly tucked away in Evergreen Park, the flowers are fresh , strong , and thick .. I saw very beautiful arrangements and my selection was breath taking . As always .. I love the down to earth vibe and the young lady whom Im not sure if she is the owner she is very professional , friendly and creative ...

Cheap flowers and terrible customer service. The flowers were half dead and they used filler flowers instead of roses. Go to Marianos and you will pay half and get 100% better quality flowers.
