Went in to get a small arrangement for a friends birthday. I often buy Gerber daisies (at other shops) so I didnt bother asking the price first - obviously thats my fault. I asked for 6 Gerber daisies and some "filler" (he used one stalk at $7, I think). Rang me up and it was...a $50 bouquet. For 6 flowers. I should have walked out. I told him I was stunned that it was so much - Gerbers are usually about $2 each. He told me these "large" ones are $6.50 each, even though they were the exact same size I buy elsewhere. A $50 bouquet should be significant...this had 6 daisies and some filler. Super disappointed.

We ordered a house warming plant for my daughters​ new apartment. Had it delivered the afternoon we arrived to see her apartment for the first time. When we arrived it was clear that the plant I chose was much too big for her apartment. I called the florist on Saturday to see what could be done. He was most accommodating. He offered to come and trim the plant down or replace it with a smaller plant. We went with the latter. On Sunday morning, he came by the apartment and switched the plants. Everyone was happy. Next time I have a need for a Chicago florist, Ill be using Prost Florist again.

Stopped in for babys breath. Sickly orchids in window and dieing plants all around. Asked 30 bucks for a bunch where 12-15 is going price. Cant imagine ever stopping in again.

Could not follow directions, or deliver an arrangement within specified price range. Tell him $40-$60 and then in turn am brought an arrangement that is $80 after tax.

Quaint little spot. Not a flowers person, but my mother is. She loved it. Had a great variety and she filled my place up with flowers. Which was a welcomed surprise.
