Horrible Customer Service, I was given this phone number by UPS as a package drop point. I did not order any flowers or anything from this company therefore I am unable to speak on that. However, I can speak on the poor disrespectful customer service experience I received. UPS gave me this number as a drop off point. I called and made reference to a package that UPS informed me was at this location. The lady seemed extremely confused and I told her "you know what forget it, dont worry about it" and I hung up. Fast track backwards I underwent surgery and I had to take pain medication but I still have business to take care of. Earlier today I took the wrong tracking number because I am so groggy so my first thought was that I probably took down the wrong phone number because I am groggy from the pain medication as she seemed VERY CONFUSED. So I called UPS and she confirmed that I DID CALL THE RIGHT NUMBER. So I called again and the same lady picked up and said "so you are calling again after you hung up on my face?" I told her, "Yes, I had to do that" she cut me off and did not let me FINISH telling her WHY I had to do that as I thought it was the wrong number. She said something along the lines of "I CAN HANG UP ON YOU TOO". I called and she did not pick up so I figured she has caller ID. I called from my house phone and she picks up and I immediately asked for a manager and she hangs up on me AGAIN. I called again and a man answers the phone. I asked for corporate number and he insisted on taking care of me. I explained the whole situation and he apologized. I asked for corporate number and he stated this is a SMALL OWNED BUSINESS. I told him how sad and distraught I am that I cant even give MY OWN people (Black ppl) business bc most of them dont know the true value of customer service or even how to deal with irate customers. Rather this lady thought I hung up on her or not her CUSTOMER SERVICE professionalism should have shined through so that the business can prosper. I told him that it is so sad that I have to go to a WHITE NEIGHBORHOOD to get the Customer Service I deserve and I consistently have to look at my people drowning their businesses in the epitome of un-professionalism. It is sad that our people have YET to learn the importance of learning how to DEAL with customer service issue and provide solutions to ALL type of customer service issues instead we want to be hard and mouthy and hang up as opposed to finding a simple solution. This is a small family owned business that unfortunately I will NEVER give my business too despite the owner was so nice and empathetic but she is family and well these are the type of businesses that will not last too long.

I ordered a $70 flower bouquet on this past Valentines Day for my girlfriend. I called three times throughout the day to confirm. They assured me that it would be delivered on February 14th 2014. They charged my card on February 13th 2014 and failed to deliver on Valentines Day or even notify anyone. You can imagine what position this left me in. Regardless, Its extremely unprofessional and deceiving. Dont ever consider this company for delivery on an important event of any sort. They are completely unreliable.

My wife loved the roses. The flowers were large and the last a long time. The difference between the big store bought flowers and actual florist makes all the difference. I will be returning for more.
