Im not the type of person who typically complains, but my experience with this company was a total disaster on Valentines Day. I paid over $100 for my order to be ready at our dining table on Valentines Day when we arrived. My girlfriend was ecstatic when she saw them. The hostess cut them out of the plastic and when we got around to reading the card, we realized that they were someone elses flowers. We had to call to get the correct flowers. To my delight, we were brought the 2nd bouquet and it was huge. We got to the card and AGAIN, they were the wrong flowers. This is totally unacceptable. It really soured the experience to the point where my girlfriend almost broke down. I was totally embarrassed. I brought the flowers back to the restaurant hostess and luckily, I caught the delivery guy (a Hispanic guy named Joel) on his way out. It almost seemed like he didnt believe me and wanted to verify they were the wrong flowers. I got so fed up and asked him to just get me the right flowers that I paid for. He literally laughed right in front of me at his own mistake like a doofus and made the excuse that they were super busy. I finally got the right flowers and had to carry them to the table myself. This entire experience was a nightmare and it was just embarrassing and infuriating.

My Aunt was in the hospital this week and I called them Tuesday morning. I just wanted something Spring like and in my price range. The person who helped me was very sympathetic and helpful is describing what flowers were available. They were delivered that day in the afternoon. My Aunt loved them and I went to visit her on Thursday and saw them for myself. It was a vase with a bright cherry mix of lilies, hydrangea and other flowers I do not know. All looked very fresh and perky. I will definitely use them again.

In todays world, where businesses are just a click away, it is refreshing to use Flower Petal from Chicago, Illinois. What an awesome site! I ordered flowers for my mom this morning and she received them this afternoon. My mom lives 1000 miles away and the cost was lower than any local florist shop. And my mom says the flowers are beautiful. Awesome job Flower Petal...You deserve all my business. Great job well done!

I received a flower arrangement from this service, sent to me by my husband, and they were gorgeous! The arrangement was fresh and beautiful, all my favorites, including the color of the glass vase. My husband commented on the ease of using this service to order and send the flowers for me.

Ordered last minute flowers for my mothers birthday with no issues at all. I called customer service to double check they would be on time. They were earlier than they stated and looked better than I thought they would. No issues and no complaints from me about flowerpetal!!!!
