I would not recommend Confidentially yours to anyone. The staff isnt very knowledgeable when it comes to women that have been through breast cancer. They do an awful job of listening to the customer, and their return policy is anti customer. I tried to tell them what I wanted in a prosthetic, how there were materials I couldnt wear, and how I had waited years since my double mastectomy to try prosthetics. They insisted that I needed a larger size than I wanted, they sold me a bra that when I wore it it broke me out, and when I complained they said I could talk to insurance and get them to pay for another size. I went there from out of town and had to make 3 trips there over a 2 month period before I got my items. They kept telling me they hadnt sent it in for approval with insurance. I am still waiting and arguing with them. If I dont get any satisfaction soon, I will be going to my insurance and the better business bureau. Dont buy from there unless you are willing to take whateverTHEY want to sell you.

If I could give negative stars I definitely would. I have had nothing but problems when dealing with the staff, and now the owner, of this store. They overcharge prior to billing items to insurance and then refuse to refund the difference. Ive had to get my insurance company involved for two years in a row now to get them to do the right thing, and this year they still refuse to do so. The in-store service is deplorable, the staff seems to be either under trained or completely untrained. It takes them months (literally) to submit a claim, produce a refund and respond to inquiries. If you just want some underthings and dont mind a self-service place this store might be passable, but if you are undergoing or have undergone treatment for breast cancer I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for the things that you need.

I bought 2 strapless bras 2 weeks ago from Confidentially Yours. I needed to take them home to try them on with a strapless gown and decide which one to keep. I was told by the clerk that I could return them for store credit. I thought that this was an unforgiving policy for a small business, but I decided to buy two and return the one that didnt work. Neither worked for me. When I tried to return them today, I was told that strapless bras are unreturnable, and that their return time frame is 10 days! She said the clerk had been there a long time, and implied that I was lying. I left the useless and unworn bras in a bag on the floor of the store. The clerk either made a mistake or lied. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE.

I had an awesome experience! I have shopped here for a while because I wear a 36GG- not the kind of size you can find just anywhere. I went in when I realized my bras had such thick seams that they were showing through all of my shirts. The girl working there helped for almost an hour and was so helpful! She showed me all the different styles of bras, explained which ones would give me more lift than others, and helped me pick out a few. I ended up walking out of the store with 2 beautiful bras that didnt show under my shirts and they were pretty for once! This was a big deal since I am young and tired of having to wear boring bras. I definitely recommend this store.

Ive been shopping at this store for years. Being a 42GG (UK size) theres nothing I can find thats even close to fitting off the shelf in an American store. The staff is *always* patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, going out of their way to make sure I find a bra that not only fits well but makes me feel comfortable and beautiful. A very tall order when your in larger sizes. They never fail to have more than "just one or two" styles or brands in my size and always bring me a variety of brands, styles and sizes for me to try. Best store in the area for larger sizes to get the correct fitting bra by the most knowledgeable staff!

I am so happy Wen to Confidentially yours!!!! I have been searching for a bra to fit my daughter. She is 13 and we have not been able to find a bra to fit. I was told about this store, and I am supper happy we did and wish we had known sooner!!! I cant remember the name of the lady who helped us but she was wonderful. I was able to fir my daughter in the right size bra!!! As soon as my daughter tried it on she had the biggest smile on her face. She now can run, play and have a good time with out having to adjust. Thanks to the ladys at Confidentially Yours.

I had a generally good experience (with one notable exception) after having a bad one at Carles Arabella Boutique. There, the "fitter" didnt have me try on the bra initially; when I insisted before purchase, it didnt fit. This was the day before my mastectomy. I rushed over to Confidentially Yours, where I got immediate attention and had no problem with the insurance billing. The camisole suggested, however, turned out to be too small. Despite this, I returned for my prosthesis and several bras and had great service.

Do not buy from this store unless you are certain u have what you want ..you cannot make a return..only for a store credit!!!:-(.hello.bra u got fitted for after a few days.. dug into my armpit giving me a lump... would u want something else from this place!!! I dont!! Seems I am not the only one with s problem w this store..scroll down..

I highly recommended this store for finding the proper fit. I cannot find my size in department stores anyway. For me, finding the right fit was like the kind of difference it makes when you need glasses and then finally get them.
