This is the first NT video store Ive been to, And it will probably be the last. I rather spend my money worth spending and buy something online. So, I went here to buy a novelty item, It came with batteries and the person made sure it worked but after one day of using it, It stoped working. I kept buying new batteries and changing them out over and over but it still wouldnt work correctly. On the package it said bring this item and the package If this item has a defect. It did! So I cleaned the product thoroughly and placed it into the package, Drove up to the store and they said "Im sorry but once it leaves the store we cant take it back, We can give you a 50% discount." Whats the point in a discount when its not my fault it stoped working? And if they couldnt give me a new one in replace of it, Why would it say return this item with this package, Written on the back? Omg. I dont care if some people think they have awesome Business, Just wait. Youll find out their toys are pieces of crap. Sincerely, Ashley. P.S. Dont waste your money, Its not worth it.
