Hello all! We all know shopping and getting fitted for bras is a pain in the butt! I have been to numerous places to get fitted and let me just say its was such a struggle they will have me try bras on thay did not fit and they never had my correct size. I hated bra shopping because of how annoying it was. BUT when I came to this store I was greeted by the friendly staff and only waited a few minutes for my bra specialist ( christina). She was very friendly and did not make me feel rushed like I did at oher places. The first few bras she brought in fit me like a glove! I was in and out of this place with no stress ! This is my place to go to now and I am very happy I gave this shop a chance. Do keep in mind that these are not cheap bras but they are worth every penny I guarantee that! Stop in and get fitted by Christina ! I cant wait to go back.

STAY AWAY!!! The return policy is terrible. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! You have 28 days to return a bra, no matter what happens, even if they send you the wrong bra. IF you order a bra online, you cannot return the bra in the store. You spend, on average $150 on a bra, and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE number or person with whom you can talk. I ordered a bra, THE WRONG BRA CAME, I couldnt return it in the store; because my identity was stolen, I needed to be reimbursed via check NOT CREDIT CARD. I received an email that I was getting reimbursed via my ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT, even though I spoke with 2 people regarding this. I call the customer service number and there is no instruction, nothing, just music. IF you want an expensive bra GO TO NEIMAN MARCUS in the same mall. Do not stop here. Absolutely AWFUL store and customer service.

Just had another great trip to Rigby and Peller, service is every bit as awesome as it was when it was still called Intimacy. They really know what theyre doing here! I always leave here happy whereas bra shopping on my own results in panic attacks. Usually if I cant find what I want here its because literally no one makes what I want.

Very good bras I have never had one that fit as well as this one! Kim is an absolute doll. What a nice lady! Some places Ive gone tend to make you feel like a freak, not here they were very kind and professional. When your wearing a 40HH its not easy to find one to fit, and Kim did so without even measuring. Thanks so much Kim !!!

I always have a struggle finding the right bra fit and now that Ive been here I will NEVER go anywhere else. The staff is friendly, helpful, they make sure you are 100% satisfied and the price and quality is perfect for any budget! Cant wait to go back!
