Ive been to a number of adult stores in a number of places and this one stands out for its killer customer service. Every time Ive been there, the nice girl behind the counter has been very helpful with my quests and extremely patient with all of the parameters of what I sought. Products were unpackaged for close up perusal and different qualities discussed and compared to my needs, and then unpurchased products were STERILIZED and replaced on the wall. All in all, a very pleasant customer service experience (which seems to be rare these days). Now it may be true that there are other stores in the world with a larger selection, but if you are seeking the basics (and perhaps some of the not so basics), you are sure to find a version of it here...and reasonable priced I might add. Every price I saw here was at least competitive with online pricing and I didnt even have to pay shipping. If you seek the exotic or specific, online may be a better option, but it could be worth a drive here to see if they have it first....you may be surprised. When I had a problem with a purchased item, the issue was dealt with quickly and with a decided lack of fanfare and drama. The faulty items were simply replaced....period. It seemed that this problem was an unusual thing, by the way the folks there acted, but they made it very easy to simply fix the problem without a lot of red tape and fan dancing. I was incredibly impressed. Overall, if you are in the market for an adult product, you really ought to check Illini Arcade first before looking elsewhere. Their stock is quite good for the normal run of things and the customer service is second to none. I am already a repeat customer and plan to return again when I need something else along these lines. You can count on it.

Service was amazing. This was my first time ever going to an adult store, and the people working there were incredibly nice, and managed to never make me feel awkward (which is honestly a FEAT!) They answered all my questions, made recommendations, unpackaged items for me to see before purchase, and were generally awesome. When I couldnt find an item about which I was curious, they made a note for the manager, and offered to order some in in the future for me to look at. This place is clean, comfortable, and definitely a better alternative to driving to some shack off the highway (my initial plan). For something I was dreading, the people here made this an entirely pleasant and enjoyable experience. Definitely check this place first if youre curious or looking for something, even if you dont find it, I think youll be happy you went by.

Years ago I shopped here but was cat-called outside after, and felt uncomfortable returning for some reason. I had a great experience then (inside the store!) as I did tonight, per usual, and Im glad to say no creepers were nearby. As others have said - the staff are super welcoming, honest about products, and strive to create a relaxed atmosphere. As a fetishist with a pole at home, I always feel like Im talking to a friend here. So great.

The service here was very nice, and they were more than happy to offer opinions on products and take them out of the packaging so we could see what we were getting. They seem to reduce the awkwardness of walking into a sex shop and make you a little more comfortable. Overall quite pleased.
