I have no stars for this mall, Retailers be aware mall management is playing the game with tenant they are threatening tenants behave rudely as if they are paying you a salary. and security hit my child and when I complain security director told me he will collect witness that my child was running here and there. some security is not healthy enough. They are authorized to hit any ones child by running them over. If you love your children then dont let them run here and there in mall security can run over the child. If they run here and there. They will get you witness for this incidence that your child must not run around.

This is my favorite mall. Well its a tie between this one and Ford City. If you come here you will experience ghetto-ism at times but if you can deal with that then you may like the place. I like all the stores and the surrounding areas include Fye (best store ever

I only go through when I need something right away & dont have time to go to South Lake. The people at Victoria Secret are very friendly & helpful. I was very sad to see Fans Edge was gone. I dont feel there, which is something since I grew up in Hammond.

I when in Jc pennys Just browsing it ok l didnt stay long it might be a long time before l go again, l dont like their on line order system then go to store to pick up order, their is problem when go to pick up order at store

Sorry to say I see what was once a thriving shopping center is now a skeleton of stores. As a child in the 70s and 80s I would get so excited at Christmas time to go see the fountain and shop for gifts. Its all gone. So sad

Not much variety in stores. The Edward Arm customized tee shirt and More store is great. Awesome service every time.only to restaurants besides the two pretzel places. And the bathrooms are always dirty with broken stalls

wasted a ton of money remodeling it back in the 90s. Should have done a better study of demographics. The place was doomed before the first backhoe pulled up. It will soon be joining Lincoln Mall as empty and abandoned.

Back in the day River Oaks Mall was the everlasting Oasis of the south suburbs. Now it is only a shell of its former glory. Entire wings of the mall are being closed off by the month soon there will be nothing left.

I dont like going to River Oaks at all, I only go when I really have to and cant go somewhere else like Orland Park mall. I make sure its in the morning as soon as it opens, when its empty of people.

River Oaks used to have a variety of adult clothing now its contribute to Children except for Macys and pennies they need more affordable dresses for 35 years of age and up suits nice hats

Its not the same anymore. The food is great, however. Employees are rude, its empty, items are expensive. Really miss the old mall. It was nice to return but sad to see how its becoming.

Very raunchy shopping mall. They really dont have much. The only stores worth browsing are J.C. Pennys and Macys. Very narrow selection and most stores do not give refunds or exchanges.

The mall is run down big time. It has a lot of shady people. I would go to Orland Park Mall or even shouthlake mall there about a 15 minutes drive. You will feel a lot saver trust me.

Macys and JC Penneys are the last of the great department stores. The New York and Company and Bath and Body are nice too but some of the other stores are a bit cheesy

Because of location I saw 3 cars get repoed by another car that had cameras all around inside of it reporting those cars. The mall itself was clean and friendly

Me & my grandson KARLO always finds deals here. We shop for hours & he enjoys riding those animals through the mall. We like the food courts selection as well.

They Offer Many Shops And Kiosk With Lots Of Different Items... You Come Early And Youll See People Walking For Exercise
