This Walgreens is horrible. I also intend to call their corporate customer service line. For example (and this is one of many), yesterday I went to get ear drops. The pharmacist was so rude. I walked up to her window to ask her a question and she didnt even acknowledge I was standing there then started talking to me while looking the other way with her head down...I didnt even realize she was talking to me. Also, she let an employee know (right in front of me) "not to worry about it - I am your only boss this is my pharmacy" in regards to an upset customer. Completely unprofessional. The staff always looks very un-kept and they are very rude. I left there yesterday w/out picking up my prescription and had everything transferred my children and my own information over the Jewel on 120th and Pulaski. They are much nicer and cheaper. Plus their hours are better. When I was in line at Jewel waiting to give them my info another lady in line was sharing HER story of this Walgreens and it was pretty similar to mine. They are known in the neighborhood for being rude.

The Pharmacy here is terrible. They are rude, condescending, and quite frankly dangerous. I tried getting my medication for SSRI, which is an anti-depressant, and they complained to me....with an attitude, I kid you not......that they close soon and wont be able to help me. SSRIs are dangerous to stop taking cold turkey and now I have to wait until several days later before these inconsiderate jerks help me out. People who stop taking SSRIs cold turkey are at very high risk for things like suicide and extreme depression. I guess these jerks dont care that someones life may be drastically impacted by their juvenile urge to leave work not one minute late.

Wow. I went to this Walgreens my whole life and today they were the rudest most ignorant people I met in my life in the pharmacist. I was waiting in the drive thru line for 30min. And when It was my turn they told me to go back in line. Because Im a younger female so I said no I need my medicine because Im pregnant so they laughed and didnt help me so I left. If I have a miscarriage from the stress because of the embarrassment. I am crying and it was embarrassing

I have been going here for about 10 years service I would give 9 out of 10 with the exception of 1 pharmacy technician her attitude is much to be desired. I have only dealt with her maybe 2 times in 10 years. Excluding her I love this Walgreens and the pharmacist Connie has ALWAYS been a great help when I have my many questions, not only prescription, over the counter as well. The other staff are in the store are exceptional as well!

This pharmacy is the worst that Ive ever been to. They are rude af and I will never go there again. This is my 3rd time going there and it never changes. The rest of the store is fine but I will never go there again after today. Not only do you have to wait forever but I was actually told by the pharmacist that I shouldnt be waiting because of some bs reasons. Very unprofessional and I will call the bbb on them.

One of the Pharmacy Staff I dealt with this morning was just so rude and not helpful at all I had to call the Walgreens in Posen to help me so they can get some information from my insurance because the lady at Walgreens in Alsip told me she cant spend so much time on the phone and hung up on me. When it only took them less then two minutes to get my information over the phone in the Walgreens pharmacy in Posen!

Pharmacist was a "jerk". I am 16 weeks pregnant with twins and couldnt get ahold of my dr. When i went to talk to the pharmacist i told him that i have a cold and i know i can take sudafed but didnt know what type i needed. He told me that i have to contact my dr and that he couldnt help me. THANKS FOR NOTHING. I had to go to another Walgreens in Merrillville where i live and they were more than helpful:)

The store alone is great. The employees are very helpful. The pharmacy on the other hand is ridiculous. They are very rude, slow and make you feel like you are bothering them. It will take at least ten minutes to get your rx if you are the first car. Most of the time you have to ring the call button to get any service. They act like they dont see you.

Pharmacy is horrible. The pharmacist gives you an attitude and even raises her voice on you even though you are being friendly with her. They also lost my medicine there. Whats worse is that they dont communicate with you by phone when there are problems with your insurance. You only find out after you drive there then tell you have to pay.

Worst service Ive ever had , waited 25 mins at the pharmacy window , then they say my percribtion Anit here , I then leave return to work & call my doctor he said it was called in hours ago , I then call there and they say its been ready !!???? Maybe a new staff would help , horrible customer service

Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. Youd think you might be nicer to a frazzled mother in there buying medicine for her sick baby. Also, this is not the first time Ive had to deal with them I almost always feel like Im bothering them. Makes me want to move my prescriptions.

Pharmacy is horrible very rude. When you ask a question she said oh my god that made me made. Lost my medicine & the try charging more money without running my secondary insurance. I have gone to many Walgreens never had problems but this one is bad.
