Customer service was extremely rude to me after Ive done business with them and have been a longtime loyal customer. I went to drop some business cards off to their customer service desk (which theyve both accepted AND utilized my services before) and I was addressed with rudeness and eventually being ignored by both the front desk and the management. If WinCo had a policy of not accepting business cards I would completely understand and this would be a non-issue. But every WinCo in the Treasure Valley, including this one on Fairview, has done business with my company and yet this Fairview WinCo wouldnt give me the time of day when I walked in to let them know Id give both them and their customers even bigger discounts than I was already giving them. I couldnt believe what little regard they randomly showed toward me.

Excellent grocery stop where your very likely to save some cash! Keep in mind its cash or debit card only (or EBT), no credit cards accepted and you will be bagging your own groceries. Produce is generally very good and reasonably priced. Canned goods and condiments always seem to be considerably less than other grocery stores in the area. Also, the beer selection in the walk-in is good and is consistently cheaper than most "sale" prices at other stores.

I would like to write about the checker Erica. I have gone through her line on Mondays for years and years. She always has a quick smile and a compassionate way. I enjoy her so much, it takes away the drudgery from packing up my large grocery load. She is really like family. She is warm and sensitive .Shes aware of my children and she knows where they live. Shes excited for my grandson to visit. She makes me feel right at home. Shes really one of a kind!

I was using the self check out register, trying to scan a case of water when the employee in charge noticed I was having problems scanning it came running over and helped me. The computer was giving me a hard time after that but the clerk knew just what too do with the situation. He handled his job like a professional and so does the other employees that work there as far as all my other visits to that store. Good job employees of Winco!

J.T. was nice, and the cashier was nice. I just went to our bank this morning and they said that I had so much available and it was enough to buy some groceries. My bank card would not work. They held our groceries while I could go to the bank and get that straight. And I was able to get my groceries! Thank you for your help.

Best thing about WinCo: lowest prices in Boise for most things. Next best thing: more variety than anywhere else Ive been. Least favorite thing: trashy magazines at the checkstands (like most grocery stores). Staff members are hard to find sometimes when I need help finding something, and the check-out staff is polite but tired.

Their prices are amongst the lowest for food, even often lower than an evil Wallmart store. Service is helpful if you need them, but you do have to occasionally dodge a fork lift driver that thinks hes on the European Autobahn. If you hear that comical meep meep! sound - RUN for your LIFE!!! (Their cheese powder is amazing.)

Was impressed with variety, priced, and working hours (24/7). However be aware that they do not have a lot of organic greens, veggies, and berries. And it is not the best place to buy fresh fruits and vegetables in general: watermelons werent good at all, lemon was spoiled inside... but it is the type of place, you know.

Love this place. My hubby says Im crazy for passing 5 grocery stores to go to this one until he sees how much $$ I save. I love their selection, fresh produce and meats, bulk foods and friendly employees and of course the lowest prices around. Thanks Winco for keeping this family of 6 well fed and within our budget. ;)

Winco is awesome. A great selection of fresh produce. The largest bulk section known to us. This particular one is our usual go-to, but will stop in the downtown one if needed. We love that it it part employee owned and that WinCo generally listens to you when you say you could not finda particular product.

Love Winco to death, would never grocery shop anywhere else, but this winco blows. Outdated, run down, ghetto looking, poor lighting in parking lot at night, and a few (not all) trashy employees. Going to winco in meridian or downtown boise is a breath of fresh air. We call this one Gwinco for ghetto-winco

I have always liked shopping at Winco. It is clean, well stocked, service is great, prices are great, and they have a great variety. I love the bulk area cause I do not always want a big amount of something and I can get just what I want of a great many things. I will always shop at Winco Foods.

This Winco is great. They have fantastic selection, very reasonable prices, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I am pleased with the large selection of fresh groceries they offer. The chip aisle is huge with all the name brands. The bakery has excellent prices and a great selection.

10/10. Love the staff love the place. I know the store like the back of my own hands. Or like a subject I know rather well. Love everything about WinCo Foods. Really look at that WIN in WINco foods, and appreciate that theyre winners. In the words of my good friend DJ Khaled, win more. Bless up.

I got some items out of the seasonal isle which had signs all up and down the isle that said 50% off marked price on all summer items and when they rang them up they were regular price and the associate told me that they were already marked.

WinCo is usually a 5 star store in my book, but this location suffers a bit from its age. Newer stores have better lighting, wider aisles, and generally better facilities. Still, the staff here is always super friendly and its still WinCo.

Winco is great. Someone needs to post some rules about the self checkout at this location... If you have an entire cart of items go use the conveyor system for crying out loud! The store layout is confusing at this location

Busy as all heck somedays, but the store manages to keep as many cashiers on as possible to deal with the work load so its not terrible. The self checkout is great and the huge variety of products is hard to beat.
