When we originally bought our living room furniture, the service was great and the delivery was fast. Unfortunately, within the first month of owning our couch, a support beam on the underside of the couch snapped. We are still within our warranty period, so we contacted the home store and we were directed to their sales department. It took nearly two weeks to get a call back from them to schedule an appointment. We have since had 3 failed appointments where the service crew chose that they did not have enough time to come out and service our furniture. It is extremely unfortunate that this lack of customer service is occurring and it is without a doubt that the next time we buy furniture we will not shop at Ashley Furniture. We also hope that our couch can be repaired or replaced as soon as possible, because this service has been abysmal.

HORRIBLE!!! Please go next door to Badcock, or a mile down the road is Turners, even WALMART is better than this place. Ordered my furniture January 1st, here it is May 1st and I still have issues with both customer service (showroom and warehouse) and the quality of the furniture. I spent 9k and could have spent 900 for better furniture. The folks putting this junk together need to be drug tested. The delivery trucks are ALWAYS broken down. If they say they will call you with an update you better be prepared to perform customer service for them because they WONT be calling you. I cant say anything good about my experience with Ashleys Furniture. Ill never EVER recommend their junk product or lousy customer service to anyone.

Worst service. BEWARE THEY NEVER DELIVER YOUR FURNITURE ON TIME. I waited for 1 month to get my furniture and finally they delivered old furniture available in the store. They delivered the same pieces I saw in the store but after 1 month and told me that its new furniture. Manager gave me false promises everyday when I called him. One chair was malfunctioning upon arrival so I sent it back right away. But never ever buy furniture from these people, they are expensive and dont provide service at all.

Store is rather chaotic,and cluttered. Everything is outrageously over priced. We only saw staff once we made it to the back of the store, where they were sitting, chatting, and playing on their phones. The real kicker for us is that there were signs on all of the mattresses saying not to lay on them. Mattresses. That they expect you to buy.

Absolute great experience, Dakota helped me find everything for my new house, not only is the quality of the furniture is above average, but the staff was also very helpful and caring about our situation. LOVE MY NEW FURNITURE!
