I will not darken the doorstep of THIS target location EVER again. Once was enough. The employees are rude and have zero concept of customer service let alone just plain old courtesy. That being said, this is the first negative experience that I have had in a Target - guess I will drive the extra 15 miles to the Hilliard store. Anyway, I spent and hour and a half shopping and had a cart full of goodies - Im guessing $400 dollars worth of home goods, clothing, makeup, etc. Anyway, after being in the store that long I needed to go to the rest room. I parked my cart close to the customer service desk, looked around for someone to tell that I would be back and saw the CS person walking into the office adjacent to the restroom area. I placed my cart in such a way that I hoped it did not look abandoned only to find it was completely gone when I returned a few minutes later. Let me say right now, that I completely understand them thinking the cart had been left and doing something with it, but here is where Target FAILED miserably. I asked the CS person (the one who had walked into the office that I couldnt tell I would be back) where my cart was. She said it had probably been reshopped. I said, really, because I just left it a few minutes ago, you walked in the office back there right in front of me. She just stared at me. So I say, okay, does that mean I can perhaps find my cart being pushed around the store by an employee who is putting back my items? She shrugged (I could have smacked her at this point). I take off, visiting the departments I had visited and found nothing. I will tell you that this was mid-afternoon on a weekday and the store was not busy, so scanning the store wasnt difficult. I returned to the CS desk to find the same rude CS person and approached the desk. I said I had scanned the store and had not found an employee with my cart - JUST as I said this I noticed a HUGE Smith & Hawkin basket that I had selected in one of their carts for restocking and said, that was my basket. She said what else did you have? I said, so you took my cart, and put all my stuff in carts to be restocked, let me walk all around the store fruitlessly and were rude too?! She just smirked at me. This is when I smiled and very nicely stated that a store who would pay her salary would get none of my money and I turned and walked out. I wasnt sarcastic, I wasnt unkind, but I WILL NOT put up with someone in a CS position being a passive-aggressive bully!

Me and my friends walk in to target to look at bikes. So we walk back there. No problem. But the second we walked back there one of the employees noticed us and watched us. No probem we get that a lot. Then when we get to the bikes and my brother wanted to test ride one of them. So he got on and road up and down the aisle forgetting thats just dumb. So the employee came back all aggravated and stared to scream " You are not allowed to ride up and down the store, ( Even though we were in the bike section.) So Go Take That Bike Back And Leave It There! And dont ever do that again!" So I understand where she was coming from because its common sense so we did what she requested. But the way she delivered the message just flat out pissed me off but I was leaving it at that at that and we were not going to say anything or complain any more about that. So then we walk over to the ball section and we were talking about other things before my friend knocked (by accident)in to a nerf gun and it hit the shelf and it made a loud noise. Then I had a gut feeling that employee was watching us. So I told the guys lets go because it all was coincidental. Then my gut feeling was right here she comes marching down the aisle all pissed. So I start walking a way then finally she turned away and I ranned back to the bike lock section and dropped the bike lock I was planning to get and I left the store and got out of there. So I walked around to my bike and called customer service there and spoked with two managers about it and you could tell the didnt give a you know what about happened. So taget Grove city if you read this get your employees in shape because you are the worst store Ive ever been to...... Target I will never be back because of your actions tonight and the way you treated me over the phone. So bravo Target. You A Holes. And for those looking at this review please dont hesitate to put your thoughts in here!

Customer service... whats that? I wanted to buy my wife a nice little thing to tell her I was thinking about her, so I bought her some slippers. It turns out they werent stiched correctly and ripped in the first day. The receipt states a 90 return policy. Open items can be returned ONLY at the pure discretion of the store. In essence, its a Forever 21 policy without the full discretion of telling you so. I attempted to return with original reciept, both slippers, and the original tag. What normal person keeps these unless they have a good reason to do so? I have better things to do with my life.
Catch 22: The slippers were worn. If theyre worn, you cant return them. You cant tell if a seam will tear without actually wearing them. Treat Targets return policy like Forever 21 and you will never be unpleasantly surprised.
The point: Try to return a worn item to this Target, and they will deny your return. This is the second time this has happened to us at this particular target. Cheap quality, bitchy customer service, and you have a solid memory of a negative experience at local retail. Did I mention we got a Starbucks that tasted like water and had to return that too? Imagine the frustration.

We like Target but if you need help with anything, this isnt the place to go. The service is really not anything to write home about. From management to floor associates, they are all rude and "higher than mighty." You are interrupting them if you ask for anything. My daughter got sick in the middle of the stationary aisle when this employee was stocking shelves. I asked her if she could help me and you would have thought I let my daughter puke right on her. She took her good old time getting some paper towels and then walked away to avoid helping me any further. Not the best place to go.

Awful service. Went to purchase a cookware set that was advertised with a free pan. Managers refused to honor the offer. Tried to purchase online but the target website only allows you to use 4 gift cards to make a purchase, we had 6. Went back to the store, when my husband told the manager Mark that the service he was getting was terrible and he would not be back to Target if they couldnt do any better, the managers response was "fine". I have never been impressed with Targets customer service but this was the worst.
