Great experience as a first time buyer. Excellent customer service. My girlfriend and I have been together for 6 years and decided it was time for a nice, quality furniture set. We werent sure where to go as Value City and American Freight always seem to run good deals but had never heard much about Ashley. We asked around about Ashley because we wanted to a get the best quality. The general consensus was that Ashley was a step above the other two in quality so we planned to check them out. We had previously stopped into American Freight and Value City and just really werent sold on their durability. Sunday morning a friend told us she heard Ashley was running a 50% off promotion. We decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. We were greeted by a man named Bobby. We listed our demands and showed him our measurements and within 10 mins found our couch. His sales and personal skills were top notch. He didnt come on too strong and was very knowledgeable. Ashley doesnt have as many sectional color/fabric options as VCF but he was still able to sell us on exactly what we were looking for. We dragged Bobby around the store for almost 2 hours, measuring couches, discussing end table options and asking about different types of fabrics and he worked so hard to please us, it was really unbelieveable. In the end, we just picked the couch he first showed us. The guy knows his business. The whole time he did so with a smile and was never pushy. Bobby put in way more effort then ive ever seen any store associate give my entire life. I wouldve been annoyed if i had to deal with us. We ended up choosing a grey sectional with 2 end tables which was non-sale valued at around $5k. We got the whole setup for right around $2,000! And the financing options were great. We chose 36 months, no interest with 10% downpayment which left us with a monthly payment right where we wanted. Bobby explained everything to us in great detail and answered any question, no matter how picky. We finalized on the financing plan and he quickly took care of us and had us out the door. Bobby was such a fun guy to hang out with, ill be telling my friends to go see him. We were 100% satisfied with our purchase and were even setup with a damage repair plan and warranty for a very small fee. We walked out very excited with our purchase and with absolutely no questions or bad experiences. In my mind, it was a perfect buying experience. I just hope Bobby goes to work for Volkswagen soon so I can buy my next car through him. Thanks Bobby!

My husband, my mother, and I came in looking for a dining room table after having been to several other stores. We didnt expect to find anything or take a long time shopping, so we came loaded down with three kids. As soon as we walked in, Zach Lucas was ready and willing to assist. I warned him that I was picky and that my husband, my mother, and I all had different styles and tastes, but he was up to the challenge. He was intuitive and genuine, not your average commission salesperson. He took an interest in our different styles and worked diligently to find the perfect piece for us. When we found the table that we all loved and agreed on, we didnt like the matching chairs. Zach was more than willing to help us mix and match though, spending quite a bit of time moving chairs and benches from all over the store so that we could see them with the table. He must have worked 30 different sets of numbers for us until we ended up finding chairs and a bench that we all love and that look great with the table. Once the decisions were made and we had our final set of numbers, the financing took longer than expected, but Zach was so patient and took time to make sure all the details were right and that we were 100% taken care of. It was such a pleasure to work with him and I would absolutely recommend this store based on my experience with Zach. Thanks for being such a trooper, Zach!!! Youve succeeded where so many other salespeople failed in our hunt for a dining set. I couldnt be happier with what you helped us buy!

Loved the store and the staff! We were shopping around for a kitchen table and chairs and this was one of the first places we visited. Jay was the gentleman that greeted us and made us feel welcomed without any pressure or over-agressive sales tactics. We shopped around for a week or so but this store had great deals and the most welcoming atmosphere of all, so we returned here to make our purchase. Jay was off that day but the manager Jocelyn and assistant manager Bobby took great care of us as all of the other associates were busy with other buyers. We enjoyed our shopping experience so much we returned later in the week to buy an area rug. JJ was the man that helped us out that day and he was equally as awesome as the rest of the staff that had helped us before. This store is great and I recommend them anyone looking for a great shopping an buying experience. Last note is that the delivery team was on time, professional, polite, and quick. They even moved the table and chairs around until I was happy with the location. This store is great, please do business there so we can keep great people doing great jobs in our community. I hope this helps reward and recognize some of the great work being done and the fantastic customer service my family received from multiple employees.

We walked into this place late on Friday night not knowing what we wanted or what exactly we were looking for. This store was the last stop on our voyage of trying to find that "perfect" couch. In case youre wondering we didnt find the couch, we found everything but. By that I mean we find reliability, exceptional customer service, we found the prefect bedroom set and most importantly we found JJ. Let me tell you about this man, he is a walking resume of a sales man with class and character. So very tactful. We went all over the Greater Columbus area trying to find that "perfect" couch, we never found it. Along the way we found tacky salesman, people pushing promos, and salesman worried about commission. Our last stop changed that for us. JJ didnt run up to us when we opened the door he let us walk in and look around and approached us at the perfect time with answers about financing and etc. We weighed all of our options and JJ even suggested we sleep on it. We came back today and made our purchases with confidence not only in the products but in the company image and the salesmanship that JJ provided. Honorable mention would have to go to Robert Pina he was eager to help with the pricing and ensure we had an excellent experience. I can guarantee you that we will be BACK!

Great in store experience and the purchase of a living room set.... until I decided to cancel my purchase. I then found out how very little integrity this particular store has. From the management to the staff I have not been able to get a straight answer on my refund. I contacted them the very next day notifying them of my decision not to purchase. The Manager Robert insisted I would be buying an inferior product without even knowing the other living room set manufacturer. I insisted on the refund politely when he compared the alternate living room set to a "beat down Buick". He eventually said they would refund the purchase. Fast forward almost two weeks, 6 call backs and 4 employees later and I still have not received anything about a refund. Every time I call Robert is busy or unavailable. I have been "assured and promised" I would be taken cared of but the refund has not even been put in until a week later, which I only found out by calling and insisting something be done now. I am almost 2 weeks into this refund and still waiting for a straight answer, ASHLEY FURNITURE.
