I only go here as a very last resort. The employees are marginal. I have a friend that will not shop hobby lobby for personal reasons, so gift card at Michaels is what she asks for. But get this... only cash for gift cards??? Ive never heard of anything so ignorant. It is my intention to never give this business a nickel of business.

Good selection of products. Hard to go into the store and just buy whats on your list. However, the lack of help in the store aisles is usually appalling, and how things are organized is not intuitive. On the upside, the staff at the registers are friendly and helpful with making sure you get discounts from the daily coupons.

I went to this location to get colored pencils for my sons school project. They were out of the pencils he wanted but had a set with more colors that was more expensive. The manager was very nice and offered me a very nice discount. Excellent quality supplies and great service.

This is where i usually go to stock up on art supplies. I hate the parking lot but the store is nice. Getting into the store is complicated because of the streets around it and traffic so make sure you dont miss your turn. But once again once inside the store its nice

This store appears to have less than other Michaels I have been to. When I first walked in, I saw several staff members who might answer my questions. When I was looking for someone, unfortunately, no one was there to help me find what I was looking for.

Bad customer service, cashiers are rude dont want to bother to run the coupons on the email. Whats the purpose of the offers if the employees dont want to use them? Rude and bad attitudes, next time Ill go to Joans which by the way are way better.

Everyone is very polite and helpful every and any day. I am a frequent shopper who lives near this location. The store is always clean - they may not always have everything in stock but do a great job keeping the store in order. Great store

The company itself is fine, the staff is even great. The manager is rude and doesnt help anyone on the floor. When you visit, just hope that Randall isnt there otherwise shes condescending and doesnt understand customer service.

Good Michaels. You might have a little trouble finding what you need initially, but the staff is more than willing to help you understand the organization system. If youre a teacher, bring your ID for a discount.

Has a great selection of yarn. Also one of the few places I can find frames for my art that is 11x17. Parking lot is small. When its the holiday time it can be hard to find parking but normally not too bad.
