Ive honesty had better experiences at the DMV. I asked for two simple requests and they flat out refused to help. 1) Asked them to cut cardstock which I purchased to size in their large paper cutter 2) Asked them to print some sample text on a cardstock before I purchased a bulk order. They refused me on both either on corporate policy or flat out denial that they can provide that service. Would not return or recommend. Amazon is better.
