OK, theres only one person working at this store in the framing department a week and im glad theyre able to still get my framing projects done in an orderly and precise fashion without jerks causing a fuss about some stupid phone call that there lazy not to just go up there and see for themselves. Juggling between customers at their table, helping customers out who need help around the store, and trying to help the people on the phone can be hard but im glad they are doing such a good job. Im a common customer there who comes in almost every week to get stuff framed at the Micheals in Atlanta, and the Decatur location wasnt so nice to me when i was there, they wouldnt give me the right discount and they argued with me about it. the manager had to come in and give me the discount like I was suppose to receive for my items. Peoples experiences change depending on time they do things i suppose.

I called up to speak to the framing department. Was on hold for about 5 minutes when someone hung up the receiver. I called back saying I was disconnected and never got through to the framing department. The woman on the phone said he was really busy. Ok? So you just hang up the phone on people then without giving them an update? I proceeded to ask her if she would be able to answer my framing question in which case she said no, she cant. Interesting customer service technique. I finally got her to answer to my question but not without having to make this woman go ask someone in framing. Very rude. I then called Hobby Lobby and had a pleasant experience with the framing department.

I called to inquire about a particular scrapbook i needed since I couldnt locate where on their website I could see if it was in stock at that particular location. I called this location to check the availability of that item and after being on hold for several minutes they rudely returned and greeted me once again and I had to remind them I was on hold inquiring about a scrapbook and the girl rudely told me it was out of stock. I came in here the very next day and found that they had several of them. This girl didnt take time to look for it. Shes a liar.

I know some others have stated their horrible experiences but Ive had great customer service here. Keshia went above and beyond to assist me today. They often have items that my local stores dont so I trek all the way across the city to shop here and have always been helped with a smile. I call ahead to make sure my items are in stock. I never have any issues at all.

Left on hold and they never come back every time I try and use these folks. Also, rude. Try the Hobby Lobby right up the road because these guys dont give a damn. Everyone at the other place was very helpful and actually come back to the phone after looking something up for you !

Im currently on the phone with the framing department and there service is so slow. I can hear them talking and they probably forgot about me. I just called to check if they had a certain frame size and its been 15 mins. Go to the Decatur location. They have much better service

Glory to the Three in One!

I was particularly impressed with one of the employees who helped me out. The item I wanted was not in stock at my local store so I called this location and found out they carried it. The same person on the phone helped me out at the store. Excellent customer service.

Been here twice during my lunch break at work. I can usually get in and out fairly quick. Staff has always been extremely helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about the products they sell. Store is well maintained and the categories are well organized.

One of the better craft stores in the area! The prices are fair, the employees are nice, and the selection is huge. Plus, its right in a shopping plaza with Ross and Target. You can practically get anything you need while youre shopping for your crafts.
