I completely love this store location. The staff here is knowledgeable and they know exactly what the customer is asking for. The store is well stocked and pleasant in appearance. It is well maintained. They have many classes in store which are a great resource. I find all my craft supplies and DIY needs here. Best part is theres a Marta stop right outside its plaza making it Convenient to visit.

Finally I have a fabric hobby shop closer to home and its close to my work. Their bathrooms are cleaner than average Joann stores. The employees are very new to the job and it takes patience to work with them and elaborate on what the customer needs. Other than that, its a CLEAN place! Although the employees arent too liberal with taking combined discounts. Ehhh

I went to three different stores to get a specific type of fabric for my wedding and this was one of the locations. They were so friendly and helpful, trying to help me use coupons from the website. They are popular though, so give yourself some extra time, especially in the evening.

So excited to finally have a Jo-Ann ITP. However, it is a smaller store. They do not have planner craft supplies, which is a bummer, but they have a great fabric and yarn selection. The bead options are numerous as well. Love that they stack coupons and accept competitors coupons.

This Joanns makes me so happy. Maybe I am biased because I live close, and used to work at a different craft store that I didnt enjoy. When I walk into this Joanns it is nice and bright and the employees seem helpful. I have only had good experiences so far.

Extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable staff. The fabric selection isnt yet as great as other locations OTP, but the staff said that its still a work-in-progress (and theyre right that it seems to be getting better since they opened).

Very nice store. Great selections. Prices are a bit high but since there is no other nearby alternative for some of their items, I dont mind paying a little more to save having to travel further.
